PERMANENTLY CLOSED! I really hate to give this CiCis a bad review, but I don't want anyone else to waste their time. This location is out of business. I wish I had taken a picture of the sign to post it says "Permanently Closed."

Walked in at 3:50 pm to be told they had been “shut down†and didn't have any more pizza at all in the back. Then they tried to stop us from leaving as we were walking out offering to “make some more pizza for y'all “ like what.... no... why were you guys shut down??? “ needless to say we are heading elsewhere.

No paper towels or soap in mens room. No sweet tea and my debit card has disappeared. I don't think the lady gave it back to me and I called and they dont have it. Be careful here!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I'm not a hard person to please. I love Cicis. But I went in to get lunch after work at 3:00 in the afternoon and they were completely out of everything. Plates, cheesy bread, no desserts AT ALL. I was given no notice up front either. If I had known I certainly would've chose somewhere else to dine. They shut down the store after fifteen minutes of me being in there. Like, put a sign on the door that said it was closed? With no food available I left. I am absolutely disappointed. And the fact that I was given no apologies or even an offer for a refund. Don't waste your time here, go ahead and grab some delivery pizza.

The employees are very friendly and keep the serving tables clean. The pizzas come out of the kitchen steadly and special request are no problem. My son thinks the games are great too. We love this CC's!

Request just about anything on a pizza and they will make it! They even had a Boston creme filling on a pizza. All for an extremely low price of $6.99 ALL you can eat!

Where can you get a variety of different pizzas, you ask? Come to CiCi's and get your fill of as much pizza that you would like. Cannot beat that and cannot beat the price. Highly reccomend

We love taking our kids here! For the price and what you get, you can't beat it. The salad bar has lots of veggies. Lots of different pizzas to choose from. Small arcade. Large, clean restaurant. Only 4 stars because they've raised their prices significantly over the past few years.

This place has made a huge turn around in 6 months. Everything was fresh and associates were 100 times better... my husband is very hard to please and 6 months ago said he wouldn't ever go back to this location. However we decided to give it a shot and was very pleased with the new management.

Depending on the time of day and how busy determines what pizzas are available at the buffet. Of course they can make any special pizzas while you wait. Restrooms available. They're getting cheap on service, expect to clean up your own table as well as everything is going to paper.

Awful experience. To spend $35.00 to wait on pizza is expensive. Everyone in the restaurant was standing at the bar with empty plates. As soon as pizza came out, it was gone in seconds. Hot drinks...NO ICE. Staff didn't seem to happy to work here... Not ONE "welcome to cici"
