The Cold Stone locations have some of the best ice cream in Gainesville so you can't go wrong. But specifically at this location lately the service has been very prompt and the employes seem very dedicated, especially Parker who made my ice cream tonight. Both employees made sure to wash their hands and to wear gloves which I appreciate. Given that the ice cream is made to order and it can melt I have given up on trying to use delivery services and just go and get it myself...

Had my first cold stone yesterday and was served by jacob i loved it the ice cream was the best i’ve ever had and jacob was great i also am really picky with ice cream and only eat cookie dough so i am a good judge of cookie dough and there’s was phenomenal
