I really love Culver’s but this one has repeatedly been bad unfortunately. Too bad it’s the only one here. I’ve been to many Culver’s around Florida and haven’t consistently had a bad experience anywhere but here so far. I get it’s a service job but I rely on this food personally right now and this is very disappointing for this place when I expect a certain standard.

Waited over 30 mins for drive thru. When I asked about our food, they said that dont have a system for who's order was placed first. They just hand out orders as it comes out with no organization. We were number 27 and number 40 get their food before us and another car number 25. He said he was waiting over 40 mins. Terrible service.
