This is the worst store I've ever been in. The employees are completely worthless. I told them they were taking my food, and they blew me off, then got mad when I raised my voice asking where my food was after 19 minutes. They should have made my food and refunded me since they totally messed up my order. The stupid manager didn't see it that way and said it was refunded or food. That's NOT correct. I already waited for the food you gave away, so if I was waiting for you to fix the mistake, you're on MY TIME. Soooo slow. Waited in truck over 15 minutes for food to come out. I counted 8 vehicles in parking lot waiting for the drive thru. As bad as McDonald's ? I had to get out of the truck in the rain and go get my food. Both my food and 2 shakes sitting on the counter with 8 to 12 employees just standing around.

Returning home after a long drive from Florida, I was looking so forward my Culver's stop for creamy delicious custard.For the first time in many years of delighting in Culver's frozen custard, this time it was not smooth and creamy, but rather grainy and crystalized!
