As somebody else who works in hospitality and was visiting Gainesville i noticed Tim’s hospitality right away. He worked so fast paced and was so nice while the rest of his coworkers just watched him work away. He deserves a raise he genuinely cares about the guest and their experience. Couldn’t thank Tim enough.

Best calzones east of the mississippi. Truly an invigorating experience that changed my outlook on food. No better place to eat at 2am after a long night and enjoying a yummy buffalo mac and cheese calzone with some garlic knots. Sensational 10/10 will come back again after 12am.

We were really disappointed with our recent visit. We drove from Jacksonville to Gainesville specifically to get dinner here, as the website, Google, and photos all stated the hours were 4 PM–4 AM daily. We placed an online order at 5 PM, but when we arrived at 5:45 PM, the restaurant wasn’t even open. We didn't walk in until 6:15 PM.
When we walked in, the manager at the counter was counting money and, without any acknowledgment of the inconvenience, told us they hadn’t received our order. Another employee found it, but it still hadn’t been started. The manager finished counting the drawer, then left for the day, leaving the other employee to both cook and check us out.
At checkout, we learned the credit card machine was broken, so it was cash only. When we asked about getting points for our rewards because it was a large order, the employee had to call the manager (who clearly didn’t want to be bothered)and we were left feeling like it wasn’t worth his time to help.
The food itself was okay, but the lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service made the whole trip a big disappointment. I’d hoped for a nostalgic experience from my college days at Ithaca D.P. Dough, but instead we left feeling like we were inconveniencing them just by being there.

Ethan and Taylor were so good welcoming and so great even enough we they were in the middle of a huge rush they were so polite and my food came out so quick.
At 2.30 am to munch and enjoy Calzone is Cool … place had a line on Friday nite .. First time …Very reasonable price considering at was late nite ..

Absolute BS. Placed an order for delivery, waited over an hour before trying to give them a call to see what’s going on. Turns out they just finished my food, except they actually don’t deliver anymore and “forgot” to take that option off the website. (I have a busted ankle, which is why I ordered delivery in the first place) Guy on the phone seemed nice enough but that’s some absolute garbage service. Why wouldn’t you call to tell me BEFORE making my food AND making me wait an hour?
It’s now 2 AM, I can’t get food anywhere else, and I’m pissed. Bless
