I love ice cream.

A bit hard to find on the GPS as it’s located within a gas station, but once I got there I wasn’t disappointed. As a visitor from the UK, I absolutely love vanilla malted milkshakes. They seem to be an American tradition that’s sadly dying out as I find it more and more difficult to find them. I visited here and the vanilla malted milkshakes was excellent. I usually ask for extra malt, but it wasn’t necessary here as they served me an absolutely perfect and delicious vanilla malt. Glad to see some places are keeping traditions alive.

I went in there, some dude with pimps and long hair was just being really rude. I get hating your life doing this type of job, I did it for 5 years, but I didn’t do anything to you and nobody else in there did. I asked for a bag, he talked to me like I was an idiot and gave me a cup holder.

Dine in - On the Arby's side the staff is so kind and accommodating and same with the staff on the Dairy Q side while I had dessert waiting for my phone to charge. Clean, quiet and relaxing for a fast food duo with well prepared food next to the gas station

We were told at this store, that it's company policy. I can't get whipped cream on my Blizzard because they can't flip it upside down. ? According to Google you can get: "Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Brownie batter: A thick, chocolatey topping that's similar to a Portillo's Cake Shake, Midnight Truffle: A combination of chocolate fudge and dark chocolate truffle pieces,Mint Oreo: A combination of cookie, chocolate, cream, and mint flavors, Marshmallow: A marshmallow-filled chocolate and graham topping, Peanut butter topping: A gooey peanut butter topping, Peanut brittle crunch: A crunchy peanut brittle topping, Sprinkles: A topping of sprinkles, Whipped cream: A topping of whipped cream, Nutmeg: A topping of nutmeg." ? Is it possible they do that by first, doing their little flip thing and THEN putting on the Whipped Cream? ?
Also, my roommate and I are both disabled and we are wondering why we have to get out and come into the store to pick up our orders?

I had an awful experience at this ice cream shop, and unfortunately, it seems like it’s a pattern. My friends and I were on the mood for a sweet treat and dairy queen is usually our go-to. We walked in 15 minutes before closing, and the staff member made it clear they were NOT happy to serve us. Mind you, we were not the only ones to walk in considering this location is near a college town. The worker was incredibly rude from the moment we stepped in, rushing us and making very snarky comments as if we were a huge inconvenience.

After reading reviews about this dairy queen at this location, I learned that this isn’t the first time this particular worker has been rude to customers. The pictures of this person are posted on a previous review and I can confirm it was definitely the worker that was rude to us. I believe her name was Leightton as it was printed out on the receipt. It seems they have a reputation for having a bad attitude, which is completely unacceptable in a customer service role. I get that it was close to closing time, but treating paying customers like they’re a nuisance is no way to run a business. If you can’t handle customers near closing time, adjust your hours or hire someone with a better attitude.

If management doesn’t do something about this, they’re going to lose a lot more business. I definitely won’t be back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values good customer service.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking. Inside plenty of space for wheelchair. Restrooms are in the attached convenience store.
