Dave & Buster's Gainesville

Extremely disappointed with the service. A staff member threatened to call the police on the teenage kids in our birthday party because she couldn't find the 25+ year old adult in our party (we were walking around outside to get away from the noise). Mind you they never once said there must be a 25+ year old present at all times. Not when we made the reservation, not when we bought our tickets, not when we entered the building, not when we ordered our food. Needless to say we were surprised when our 16 year old son calls in a panic because a irate, irrational manager is threatening to call the police on him during his 16th birthday party. Instead of just asking where we were and asking us to come back inside, she was equally obnoxious to my face when I asked her what the problem was. If you have a strict policy that well behaved teenage kids who have done nothing wrong need to be tethered to an adult at all times, you might want to mention it prior to threatening to call the police. Absolutely no customer service skills at all. Needless to say, that will be the last time we drop $400 to play video games at Dave and Busters.

I visited Dave and Busters today for a homeschool event. Rarely do I ever get food or drink when I’m there, because my kids are always focused on the games. Today, I decided to order a drink and the BBQ pizza. OMGGGGG!!! I am very picky when it comes to pizza and I was blown away by the taste and quality. My drink came out fast and was very good. I didn’t even take a pic because I was chowing down! Whoever they have working the kitchen and bar should stay there because it exceeded my expectations. In the future, I will be ordering take out for my BBQ pizza.

the all you can eat wings are horrible. you have to pay extra for the sauce you get them in. the boneless taste old. and they don't even come with fries. I found that strange fries are a cheap filler. the waiter was nowhere to be found. horrible service.

It's your typical style chain restaurant bar food, but the service was great. We got seated quickly, our server was super friendly, and very quick. We mainly came to play some games, win some prizes, and have cool afternoon indoors. All those boxes were checked off for us and we had a great time. I would have gone a full 5 stars but the rest rooms were a bit lacking in attention. I know things get busy but the basics (emptying trash / restocking consumables / quick wipe down) would more then suffice.

Amazing customer service. Last minute birthday gathering that we threw together and the management stepped right in to make it an awesome experience. 10/10 would recommend.

We love Dave & Buster's, but also know that it can be a little noisy when you're trying to eat and talk. Food actually is very good.

It's a good place to take the kids while trying to enjoy a date with your significant other. The only downside is that one person has to stay at the table at all times — it would be better if they allowed an open tab system, instead of worrying about people running off without paying.Other than that, the food was good, the environment was great, the service was excellent, and the kids had a lot of fun playing games while my husband and I enjoyed each other's company.

We had a big on our drink and the pizza dough was raw and all they did was bring us a new drink

I took my younger brother and sister to this restaurant for dinner and arcade. I was able to book a table on the website very easily, and when I arrived, my table was already cleaned. After I was seated, I waited about 10 minutes before a manager informed me that our waitress had been assigned to a party that kept adding to their group. After another 5 minutes, a waiter came to take our drinks. We ordered our drinks, food, and appetizers simultaneously. Our food arrived about 30 to 45 minutes later, all at once. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and garlic parm boneless wings. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, but the wings were not as good. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a while.

Great food and great time. The machines kept cheating us out of coins though. We would swipe out cards and think it just didn't take it cause the game/machine wasn't working, then after quiet a few times of doing that at different machines, I realized that it was taking the coins off but not giving us a turn at the game. Once I figured it out after 5 times of trying a game and realizing it, I informed a worker and they credited me 3 games. It was a great time and great experience, but watch out for them machines.

We celebrated a birthday at Dave and Busters and the service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. Ms. Nicole is the best server ever!

Great selection of food for everyone! Food was hot and delicious! Large portions. Service was great. Food came out pretty quick for a Saturday night.
