Dave & Buster's Gainesville

It's a good place to take the kids while trying to enjoy a date with your significant other. The only downside is that one person has to stay at the table at all times — it would be better if they allowed an open tab system, instead of worrying about people running off without paying.Other than that, the food was good, the environment was great, the service was excellent, and the kids had a lot of fun playing games while my husband and I enjoyed each other's company.

I took my younger brother and sister to this restaurant for dinner and arcade. I was able to book a table on the website very easily, and when I arrived, my table was already cleaned. After I was seated, I waited about 10 minutes before a manager informed me that our waitress had been assigned to a party that kept adding to their group. After another 5 minutes, a waiter came to take our drinks. We ordered our drinks, food, and appetizers simultaneously. Our food arrived about 30 to 45 minutes later, all at once. We ordered the mozzarella sticks and garlic parm boneless wings. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, but the wings were not as good. They tasted like they had been sitting out for a while.

Great food and great time. The machines kept cheating us out of coins though. We would swipe out cards and think it just didn't take it cause the game/machine wasn't working, then after quiet a few times of doing that at different machines, I realized that it was taking the coins off but not giving us a turn at the game. Once I figured it out after 5 times of trying a game and realizing it, I informed a worker and they credited me 3 games. It was a great time and great experience, but watch out for them machines.

We celebrated a birthday at Dave and Busters and the service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. Ms. Nicole is the best server ever!

Great selection of food for everyone! Food was hot and delicious! Large portions. Service was great. Food came out pretty quick for a Saturday night.

Good service. Really bad food. But you go for the games, right? Don't go for the food... very limited, salty, greasy etc.

We had planned ahead for our Granddaughters birthday. We tried to reserve a table y calling Daves and Busters. They told us e had to use OPEN TABLE. We did. We even printed our our reservation. However, when we arrived, Daves and Busters had no reservation for us and there was a 30 minute waiting time. We showed them the confirmed printout. We were told that it happens a lot that customers make a reservation on OPEN TABLE but it never reaches them. We will NEVER USE OPEN TABLE AGAIN. We will only eat at places that we can call and make a reservation. BAD EXPERIENCE

We treated our 13 year old to Dave and Busyers for his birthday with some friends all had a great time

Drinks were good. The place was small and didn't have skeeball game there.

My how arcade rooms have changed! Enjoyed our time playing games.

Took my daughter there for her birthday today. Started off with an excellent meal and the best service from Katie who really made the experience amazing. We played a bunch of games and got a lot from the shop and we will definitely be back.

Only had sodas, no food. Several of the games weren't working, and the bar area was sticky and smelled horrible. Like very dirty mop water. 🤢
