Customer service was the best I’ve received from a restaurant of this caliber. I made it online order with a milkshake in it, and the machine was down so they fully refunded it and gave me a free replacement drink. They didn’t have to Give me a free drink, but you’re cashier read the situation properly so that’s what got me to write this review today.

This is my new Go to! The food is sooooooo good, the chicken, the sauce and can’t forget about the fries with the perfect amount of seasoning! Yum! Eat here 1-2 times a week and have now ditched PDQ and Chick Fila completely! The staff is always upbeat and makes you feel like home and will go out of the way to make sure you get everything you want while dining there! As far as the atmosphere, the place is always clean and the perfect amount of ambience with the music playing in the background

Dave’s in Gainesville is solid all around. The food comes out hot and fast, the flavors actually hit, and the portions are filling without being over the top. The spice levels are legit, so pick carefully. Staff is friendly and keeps things moving even when it’s busy. Easy spot to grab a satisfying meal with friends, especially if you’re craving something bold and simple.

This place has absolutely excellent service. The food was excellent and the management was very nice. I am very fortunate to have this location in my area. Jiuseppe and Jorge are the best!

I love this place! 🐥 Awesome! Jorge and Jiuseppe are the best workers here! Dave’s also one of the only places that has honey so definitely worth it!
