This place is fair. Our party had the chocolate chip skillet pan and galotto. The prices are a little high and the skillet pan was hot but the cookies was only mediocre warm. I felt the cookie was precooked because the cookie wasn't raw. It just wasn't hot. If you are going to succeed you are going to need to stand out. The place was clean and neat. Ice cream might have been over churned. It is wasn't smooth and creamy. My wife had the coffee. It was good. Pup pup good idea.

Came in for some coffee and to see what gluten-free treats might be available. The person on staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their GF options. I ended up getting the GF chocolate torte and a cappuccino. Delicious! 10/10, will go back.

Great staff, mediocre products that are overpriced. More like a thruway type of place. Wont be a return customer

when they first opened we bought 4 gift cards. The first time was great when we went the next time the cookie in the cookie skillet was like a rock. With one card left I went in after a movie to get a take out and the very nice girl at the register couldn't get the gift card to work do she very nicely went to the manager. The manager couldn't get the card to work either and I explained that we had bought 4 when they opened and was the last. She explained they had changed card companies and that was the reason. She offered to charge me 50 percent off. So my card was now worthless. The only reason I went in was to use my last card. Out if 4 times there only the first was a good experience.

Ordered a few desserts to take home and a coffee. Shortly after starting to eat the cheesecake i started feeling sick. Ended up with food poisoning and was in my bathroom all night. Finally starting to feel better...24hrs of my life wasted on 20 bucks worth of desserts and coffee. Not going back.

Was excited to try this place. Heard great things. So me and 2 friends came into the shop which opened at 12p on Sundays it's was after 1p. Asked about coffee was told there was none brewed. Asked about prices for the coffee (was willing to wait) the employee looked at the display. It wasn't on she then say dryly the prices are listed on the paper right there. Ok so since she obviously didn't want to service us as she walked away. I left. Very unprofessional. You just lost 3 customers.

Lattes are great but I watched the lady drop the cup on the floor and she picked it up and proceeded to make the latte and I had to ask her to use a new cup. She didn't even throw the cup away either she just placed it on the side to use for another order. Very cute place for a date but I'm shocked that this situation happened

I will start off by saying that I wish I could give this place 3.5 stars. It's definitely a good dessert bar, but it's not amazing. There is an extensive coffee and wine list, and the in-house made items are great. The creme brulee is one of the best things on the menu. The daily made cakes and pies are awesome and always changing. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful and the actual store is clean and cute. All that said, the other menu items I didn't list off were forgettable, and as other reviewers have said, are of near Publix quality. The prices are also a bit high.

We spent $20 on a piece of mediocre carrot cake and a terrible skillet cookie. I didn’t know that you could make a cookie taste bad, but they did. It was a crunchy, burned crust that I couldn’t bring myself to eat. We also had to pay for a reasonably sized water cup because the only free ones offered are the ones that your grandma used to keep by her bathroom sink. I honestly cannot believe I wasted my money and calories on this place. What a waste.

It's ok if you want baked goods while you're at celebration point and there's nothing else available
