It was a beautiful afternoon in Gainesville when I decided to try this food truck / picnic table spot for the first time! Miguel kindly explained my options and took my order. I provided my cell number so he could text me when it was ready. The estimate was only 15 minutes (there were people in front of me) but the food was ready in ten.

Once a campus food truck on University, DJ's Cast Iron has now moved to a different spot by CYM. My first visit was a mix of highs and lows. I got a double patty burger and it was very fillling for lunch. The burger patties had a great crispiness, and the burger sauce was spot on.
