So I was confused by the app and they made sure I got my order right instead of following the scramble I put in the order! Also, we just had a small conversation about birthday rewards to which the girl on the phone was unsure of so I let it slide. To my surprise, I saw happy birthday written on one of the boxes and it honestly made my day!

I ordered my Pizza super late after a Gator game. Going into it I knew it would take a while for the pizza to get there, but my delivery driver, Gary, was so apologetic when he delivered the pizza. He waited 50 minutes in traffic on university avenue just to deliver our pizza and was still kind and remorseful. I reassured him that I completely understood and that he had nothing to apologize for. I honestly wish i had tipped him more than I did. Thank you, Gary!

My friend placed an order pretty late WHICH i completely understand is frustrating for workers especially delivery drivers.BUT a job is a job right? so if you have a late delivery and you do deliver and it’s to the wrong address and the customer calls the store saying “hey i didn’t get me order and didn’t hear any contact about my order” then just tell the customerhey i understand you’re hungry we will give a refund something anything. it’s okay to make mistakes, it’s okayto be tiredbut don’t steal peoples money.
