Domino's Pizza

The pizza seems reheated, it did affect the texture and flavor, making it less enjoyable. We’ve been calling them and their phone number didn’t even work. So when we went to the actual store to tell them to redo my order but they just reheated the order and made us wait 20 minutes to get a “newly made” pizza when it was clearly reheated. Bad experience choose another store instead

This pizza was most likely the best i have ever had on delivery, and me and my family have been ordering from here since i was young.

I ordered, it said out for delivery, then said COMPLETED on app. Only to reveal it was cancelled. Not sure how it went out for delivery and got completed and cancelled at the same time.

Also nice that the refund isn't coming for 2-5 days. Not like we would want to substitute it for another food option.

As of Nov-Dec 2024, this store is very understaffed and unreliable on Sunday lunch where there's only one person making the pizza/food and checking out. There are 2 drivers going in and out. The staff themselves acknowledged how understaffed they are by choice of management to save money and increase profit. However, what happens is the Domino's App says your food is ready for pickup but when you arrive, the food isn't ready and you wait for an additional 15-20 min.

Dear Management. Please staff this location appropriately.

I’m not sure why the management is so bad at this place. Order 1 pizza and 25 minutes later it still isn’t even in the oven. Enter the lobby, and am immediately deafened by this absurd alarm thing going off, like a phone ringing but maybe a notice from their make line, I’m not sure. It was so loud that it was hurting the ears of everyone in the store, like are the employees so afraid to say “hey boss, that’s a little loud?” The insanely loud racket went on for about ten straight minutes, all while the cashier continually argued with an elderly man about a coupon not being valid, and was way less than polite about it “I’m not sure what to tell you” he said after going back and forth for 5 straight minutes. After not even being acknowledged in the lobby, and the tracker showing that after 25 minutes, my food was still on their make line screen, I just walked out. It was unbearably bad. The job is not difficult at all, it’s just terrible, terrible management. I felt like I was at McDonalds or something. I’ve gone there many, many times, but won’t be back for several months, if ever.

Don't buy pizza here it's always a problem it's either the wrong pizza or it's half baked, can't understand how anyone could confuse pizza it's so simple

This place delivered me pizza that sat for a hour an 45 minutes. When the eta was 45 minutes MAX.

THE GUY THAT ANSWERES THE PHONE DID NOT CARE TO HELP BESIDES TELLIN ME ITS ON ITS WAY AN THEN SETS THE PHONE DOWN AN WALKED AWAY LEFT ME SITTING THERE ON THE PHONE AN NEVER CAME BACK.

Compared to the Domino’s on archer Road this one was really bad . One particular cook was talking incessantly and using profanity while cooking just totally disregarding the customers in the restaurant. The pizza was overcooked, and the ingredients were dry. The dominoes on archer Road the pizza was great and the service was excellent. The person in picture is the big talker. You can do a close up to see who he is.

John is the best deliverer they have. Thank you John.

What's the difference between a large pizza and a Large NY style pizza? Price! Dough is the same thickness. Pizza is the same size, the sauce and everything is the same! If there was any other difference, it's only by posting the name NY in front of it.
Called them out on it. They gave a discount and I tried a second time and bought two to give them reasoning to get it right. Sssp "same shi same pizza" don't buy it. Just go get a real ny pizza from a legit place or by a large and actually get what you ask for

Hands down the best Domino's in town.This is now the only Domino's I go to. (Tim hope I got that right) was so kind when I told him my kiddo has a food allergy even went further as to keep things separated and let us know what was from a 3rd part. (Bryce I believe made the pizza both times) they where a hit. The Customer service is absolutely a lost art,Nowadays and it seems it's not lost on you guys.Thank you so much for doing your jobs so well! Ps. Pineapple go's on pizza?
