We attended a wedding last night where we enjoyed the most wonderful dinner catered by Dos Mamas. The bar service and the staff-served buffet line were both excellent. The menu included chicken stuffed with cream cheese and florentine sauce, steak demi glace, rice pilaf, scalloped potatoes, salad and roasted vegetables. The meal was piping hot, the portions were generous and hearty, and the flavors were completely on-point. We greatly enjoyed all that Dos Mamas contributed to a wonderful wedding celebration. As we all know, an event is made or broken by its food, drink and service, but this event was a HUGE success because the ceremony was sweet and beautiful, the dancing was great, and Dos Mamas hit it out of the ballpark with their delicious buffet and impeccable catering service.

I really cannot say enough about Terra and her absolutely amazing team. WOW. For two years now, Dos Mamas has catered our corporate holiday party and she has wowed me both times. Besides the amazing taste and presentation of the meals, the customer service and attention to details is astounding.
Both years, we have run out of plates or cups or whatever it may be. Terra remains calms, makes you aware and works to find a solution. I never see a bead of sweat! I'm a crazy planner and I like to come up with my own menu and man, Terra brings it ALL to life without a 2nd thought. She is thorough, focused and so real, I appreciate it so much.
This will be one of the best teams you'll ever get to work with so book Dos Mamas to be WOWed!
