Long wait even for a party of 2 on a Monday night, nice sushi, helpful staff, just people waiting around your table doesn’t make it feel super exclusive. Would come again overall!

my boyfriend and i came here for the first time for valentine’s day and had an amazing time!!!!! our server Steven was so kind and explained the menu to us very thoroughly, he checked on us multiple times and gave us little candies :)

the food blew us away (if you come here you absolutely have to get the short ribs)!! it’s a little pricey compared to other restaurants here but priced appropriately for the quality of the dishes i think! i also got the supreme kiku cocktail, i drink very rarely but i loved it!

the atmosphere is really nice too, very cozy. we’re definitely going to come back!!

A staple for fine dining and AMAZING sushi. This sushi spot has an outstanding atmosphere and perfect service overall. My partner and I go regularly as Gainesville locals and have never once had a bad experience.

The wait staff is always prompt and typically check in or notices their customers without being asked. The bartenders make delicious drinks and the sushi is easily the best I have had for a sushi spot so far inland.

This is our go to spot for date nights and special occasions. The nigiri trio is my favorite, along with the Big Boss roll if you enjoy raw seafood. I'm happy to say they have a wide variety of cooked options, and vegetarian options as well for those who don't do well with raw seafood. They also have an amazing ramen for those who want to avoid fish entirely.

While this place is definitely on the pricey side, I can gladly say without a doubt that the foods, drinks, service, and overall atmosphere make the location worth every penny.

This place was a great place for a date. Our server autumn was very attentive and the food came out hot and fresh, even with a full restaurant. The drinks were well made and they had a bunch of delicious and interesting sushi combinations. We will definitely be visiting here again.

Gainesville’s absolute go to. If I’d take some for a good treat, this place is one of the first to come up on my mind. They’re the best in town and have been. Good quality food and atmosphere. Friendly and efficient team of operation. I hope they are there for long.

Vegetarian options: They have some.

Parking: You’ll need to find a street parking.

Kid-friendliness: They are kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are some space.

Literally the only point of contention is the price, but I think you should expect to spend that kind of money before you even decide to eat here. Food, drinks and service are amazing and the atmosphere is really nice. It's super cool seeing the food being prepared too.

Stephen was also super cool. I was really struggling with node voltage and mesh current analysis and he showed me that the missing equation could be derived by combining the branches connected to the voltage supply into a supernode and using Kirchoff's current law. Next level service.
