Wow have they cleaned this place up. No more really bad smoke. You don’t have to change when you leave there anymore. The tables are nice and they have different grades. Plenty of decent house cue. They do not serve liquor but they have nice steel tip dart boards and tourneys a day or two a week. If you are a real pool player or dart player you need to stop in.

Visited this establishment while in town for business. I have to say it was a refreshing experience. The bartender\owner Blair was working the bar and did an outstanding job of making me feel right at home! He did mention that he was thinking about selling the place and I hope that doesn’t happen. The vibe he Has going on here is top notch. Very few places around the country have the feel that this bar does! I wish you the best Blair in whatever you do!

Love the laidback atmosphere! Blair is the best plus you get to see his dogs when he’s working! Nothing better then puppies, pool, darts, and beer!

Great place to hit a few balls. They have couple of larger 9ft tables regular tables and quarter table also. Beer is cold and the parkng is easy unlike downtown. New owners are real nice. Don't listen to PL who ever that is. He oviously has a axe to grind and is Dugout is nothing but a decent poolhall. They have Dart Boards for Free and loaner darts. Thursday think is Dart group. Tue and Wed is APA Pool groups but there is almost always a table to rent.

After reading some of the older reviews I was a little hesitant but the new owners have done a great job to make this a fun and inviting spot. Smoking no longer allowed inside so you dont leave smelling like an ashtray, some new pool tables, well lit and music was on point as well (or you can take over the juke box and play what you like). For the smoker's, there is a nice little patio area to enjoy outside. Will def be back next time I'm visiting and would recommend to friends who live in the area.

This place is a s*** hole. Still cigs smoke all over your clothes. Prices are to high. Drugs all over the place. Drug dealers in the bathroom and office and outside in the parking lot. Junkies and Low lifes hang out here. I see they use two cash registers but only report one to the IRS. They don't report the tips. It won't be long before the A.T.F. raids this place for tax invasion and illegal drugs. The owner has a record in south Florida for fraud and drugs. This place has gone to s**** Straight l**** place. Downtown Gainesville is better. Silver Que opened back up and is way better. Archer road (Celebration Point) also is way better everything. F*** this place.
My husband and I have been coming here for about 3 months. We absolutely love coming here to shoot pool. Great atmosphere and the owners are absolutely wonderful! I will truly miss coming back as we are moving this Friday. However we will come back when we visit Florida to come shoot pool. If you want a laid back place to shoot pool or play darts go to Dugout! You won't regret it.

By far my favorite Bar in Gainesville. It’s a dive bar, no doubt, but has the friendliest bartenders in town, absolutely unbeatable beer specials, and a gazillion pool tables, with cheap hourly rates to use them. Comfortable and the music is great too.

My son and I come here twice a month to shoot pool. Its laid-back and friendly. You have 5 by 10, 4 x 8 and 3 and 1/2 by 7 tables to choose from.. we prefer the 5 by 10 tables. They also have several dartboards. We always enjoy ourselves..

Decent dive bar/pool hall. I like it because it's vastly different from the bars and clubs downtown. Beer only so if you want shots or mixed drinks this is not the place.
