I ordered an iced coffee and got a frozen coffee and it’s too late to turn around due to me being at work. I called the phone number numerous times and no answer and I was just there 20mins ago smh. I’m just disappointed at this point.

Placed my order today with no problems, asked to use the restroom since they keep it locked, when I returned the key I was very rudely asked if I was going to order anything, the restroom is only for paying customers, but yet my stuff that I just payed for,and he had watched me pay, was sitting at the table. No apologies, hire better people and shove that attitude.

This is the best DUNKIN IN ALL OF ALACHUA COUNTY. I go OUT OF MY WAY to stop here. Their coffee and drinks taste the best and the people there are very friendly and polite. They also have fast service too so if the line looks long, worry not, they keep it moving. Coffee made right !!! THANKS!

No signage on windows, so hard to tell if it’s open.
Will not return. Oh yeah, they are greedy enough to stop the military discount !
