Walked in with my mom while an employee was cleaning. She looked directly at us and continued cleaning, which was fine, but once she came to the counter she said absolutely nothing. No greeting, no “I’ll be with you in a moment.” She stood there on her phone and just stared at us. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Basic acknowledgment goes a long way.

Dropped by to get some drinks and donuts. Waited about 5 minutes with no communication from the drive through. Finally said hello? A lady answered and said just a sec. Minutes continue to pass by and there’s a line behind me. Finally the person behind me goes around me and goes to the window. They take her order. I’ve now sat in the drive thru for about 10-12 minutes. I ask if they are ever coming back. The lady gets on and tells me they are realllll busy in there (there was no one ahead of me and maybe two cars in the parking lot). I said okay well you have lost business today. She goes that’s okay! With a sunny attitude. Poor business practice, poor customer service, and a waste of my time.

Didn't inform me they didn't have the donut I ordered until I was at the pay window. I chose another and received it. But they didn't know at the window that I had also ordered a cup of coffee. Someone brought that eventually, and the coffee might at one time have been hot, but it was just barely warm when I received it. Worst service I've ever experienced at a Dunkin Donuts

Went into the store earlier in the day, two employees were talking in front of me behind register so another employee noticed and came over to take my order. Needed to use bathroom but you have to ask for a key on a dirty cloth chain to unlock. No point in washing your hands. But wait, there's more. I have a rough day and find myself Ubering all over town to pick up kids because my car is at Mavis...kids are starving. We wait and wait. Then we see that Dunkin is open. We go walking over there with bags in our hands and exhausted...we see the sign says OPEN...We walk in eagerly...after a few awkward moments are staring...yea super awkward...the employee says WE ARE CLOSED. Donuts put away...floors are wet. It is 6:45 pm...So, I guess they are ready to run out BY 7 pm...Do people not work until close anymore?! I thought you clean AFTER you serve the customers AFTER closing time. Then someone stays back to clean and lock doors...I could be wrong. But, I was dead wrong to go there! Not again. I'll drive to 39th or Archer Rd.

I ordered an iced coffee and got a frozen coffee and it’s too late to turn around due to me being at work. I called the phone number numerous times and no answer and I was just there 20mins ago smh. I’m just disappointed at this point.

Placed my order today with no problems, asked to use the restroom since they keep it locked, when I returned the key I was very rudely asked if I was going to order anything, the restroom is only for paying customers, but yet my stuff that I just payed for,and he had watched me pay, was sitting at the table. No apologies, hire better people and shove that attitude.
