Continued Update: Coffee Tasted like cigarettes, they gave us croissants instead of bagel because they were out and assumed what we wanted.

Don’t list this on the Dunkin to visit. We were in town visiting and staying at local hotel. This was the closest Dunkin but it’s inside the Walmart. One person working with zero sense or urgency or give a damn. The one person was less than friendly. Visit any other Dunkin in town before this one.

The coffee isn't ever consistent and the staff uses language that isn't suitable for children. 4/22/25 2:36 pm the level of disrespect is unreal and for the amount of employees on hand I couldn't believe the lack of cleanliness. Totally Disappointed. #WalmartAssociate. #MakeitMakeSense if this continues A conversation with Corporate about doing away with their contract would be the proper solution.

I waited 32 minutes total in the store to get the food I ordered. The staff gave my order to someone else and then they all blamed other people for it instead of working to remedy the situation. Took them forever to fix it, they were still prioritizing other peoples orders who had come in 15-25 minutes after me over mine.

This place has gone down hill in the last few weeks. Went in tonight and got my usual coffee which was horrible. The girl and guy working do not care about there customers at all because they would rather stand in the corner on the phone and not paying any attention to there customers. I will not do business here no more unless it's Streenbean working. He actually cares about his customers and always puts them first like it should be.

Recently bought a loaded hashbrowns for $6 on uber eats. My cup was less than half full. This sort of shrinkflation will make me not buy from dunkin for a long time. Its potatoes. Fill the cup like in the picture.

Just continues to downgrade. Orders are always missing something and when you ask for a missing item they continue to make you wait even longer. There's a reason who people pay higher prices at Starbucks. This place is also very dirty and employees just act like they don't care and don't want to be there. They also reheat old things to sell. Just avoid this location at all cost
I get Dunkin for my wife here before she gets to work and there’s a lady with colorful hair and piercings that will literally stare you down and act like you’re an inconvenience just for ordering. I came in on a day she wasn’t there and asked the employee who she was and found out she was the manager?!! Do better. I loved this Dunkin when Fred was the manager and now it’s gone completely downhill - Archer road will get all my business from now on.

Because the store is in Walmart I end up coming for my favorite foods but not only were they out but my electric buggy which I use to get around was too close to front of the entrance I apologize and moved it forward but the female employee would not stop complaining about it until I cried out enough already !I got it! Then she threatened to kick me out and complain to the security guard nearby. I never met someone so rude for a waiter.
