The frozen machine has been down at least 5 different times this month. Out of caramel once. Forgot my whip topping twice
Always old coffee and if not old , room temperature. I am from New England and have grown up with DD. I would drive miles out of my way to get one, but most of these can't get their act together. The level of service is adequate at best.
When you contact management, they could careless. Makes me sad, but they are the company they use to be.
Service sucks . Had no munchkins to fill a 25 count !! Can’t make coffee either !!
