Slow food restaurant. Staff are slow and Lazy
My husband needed a quick bagel and tea before an appointment, and this Dunkin' was conveniently located nearby.
Parked in the free 30-min parking spot across the street and stopped in. Friendly cashier took the order, and it was ready in about 7 minutes.
2 toasted bagels with light butter and a medium green iced tea, total was about $10 (expected pricing).
The place was clean for a high traffic location. Bagel was made right, and tea was strong, fresh. Bagel was a bit on the small side (see photos); tasted good and had the right amount of butter.
We would go back here for a local snack fix.
Typical Dunkin, no drive through at this location, minimal seating
I must say that the professionalism and customer service was fantastic. Dee, I assume a manager, took it very seriously that our child has a severe food allergy. She made sure to monitor the team step by step on each part of our meal to ensure there was no egg touching any of the order. Thank you again Dee for being awesome
Out of a decent amount of doughnuts by noon, but is very accessible in the city and somewhat quick service.
It’s December 31st, Google shows the store is opened, so I ordered via app, had my credit card charged and got there to pick the order to find the store is closed. The app should not take the order if the store is closed. I hope I am reimbursed.
Went into this continuous morning a little after 7am. I placed a mobile order for a bagel with cream cheees and a hot chocolate with whip cream/caramel. I was there the day before and everything was great.
Today, I pick up my order. When I get to the car I taste the hot chocolate and it tastes and smell like coffee. I taste it again to be sure. I take it back in and politely ask the gentlemen at the counter to remake it for me because it tasted like coffee. He proceeds to argue me down no it’s hot chocolate because I made it myself. I said sir I don’t like the tastes like coffee. He argues me down further pointing at the machine referring that he made it correctly. Now mind you I barely touched the drink and I gave it to him so he can see I’m not trying to get another free drink, I just want it remade it. If it was indeed hot chocolate that by far was the worse and I still wouldn’t want it. He kept going on so I asked for a refund. The other employeee got the manager and the manager refunded the money and was apologetics
People really need to train their staff. If I’m telling you I don’t like the taste and can you remake it for me, do that. It was so disheartening and I will not be back to this location and filing an official complaint against this store.
Excellent service from Katelyn and clean "at home" atmosphere. My 5 year old loves it and two of his regulars, Bacon Egg Cheese Croissant, Strawberry iced donuts.

I was in this location with some developmently disabled residents and the bathroom door accidentally got locked. And when we alerted them they were grinning and saying we can't unlock them right now. I was going to make a purchase buy I had one resident that was upset because really had to go. I felt this was really nasty especially 2 older women but 2 younger women were asking them to open the bathroom but they just smirked and said no after seeing that my guys had mental problems. It was just sad and the manager went along with it.

Only two workers working and just taking their time it shouldn’t take 30-40 just for a sandwich. Staff should learn how to multitask not just take one customer order them just leave a whole line in the lobby. This Dunkin sucks and I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody

This staff is totally bad and disorganized as well as rude to customers, I went to pick up my order and it turns out that they gave it to someone else.Their response was that there was nothing they could do.
