The girl that served me today and yesterday acted like she didn’t want to be there, and today she’s working while she’s holding her phone talking on the phone the entire time, and she coughed into her glove and then proceeded to touch an egg with it. Gross. No longer going to this location when this girl is working. Larger girl. Went on 2/17/24 and 2/18/24. She also didn’t give a receipt.

Apparently they were out of bacon or just didn’t feel like putting bacon on the thing that comes with bacon. And instead of telling me that, they just handed me my order and assumed I would be fine with not getting what I thought I was paying for.

This is one of the best Dunkin donuts in Gainesville they have phenomenal service here then their courteous and they're always nice in friendly desserts in gold

I absolutely love the Dunkin rewards program. There are always free things to try like this pineapple mango refresher, which was super flavorful and delicious. Dunkin is my go-to place for breakfast sandwiches, and this location always has very service -- great for ordering online. Parking is a bit of a problem so I wouldn't recommend going here if you want to enjoy your food/drink in the restaurant, even though the ambiance is quite nice with lots of good lighting for get some work done.

10/10 This is the best dunkin in Gainesville. I lost my voice and they made sure to make me an amazing tea with honey! I mean above and beyond customer service and care! And that's just one example. Very genuine people.
Very dirty store. I got mystery detritus in my drink and had to have it remade. I hope with the state of the store that it was food scraps and not something more sinister.

I pulled up to the side of the building, as this location does not have a drive-thru. There was an employee outside smoking a cigarette. As she noticed I was headed towards the store, she flicked away her cigarette, walked in the store, behind the counter, up to the register and proceeded to ask me what I would like. SHE DID NOT WASH HER HANDS!!! I was just about to say something when another employee stepped up to serve me and said she could finish her break. She went back outside and continued to smoke. Another thing that bothered me is the other employee did not even remind or tell her to wash her hands either. Maybe that's the acceptable environment at that store, but it is certainly not acceptable to me. I was very put off by it. It's my opinion that customers should not see employees smoking anyway. Bottom line, you wash your hands when returning to the kitchen NO MATTER WHAT, ESPECIALLY AFTER SMOKING.

This location was very busy when I went and only two people were working it. They did a phenomenal job -- the male representative at the register in particular. He was efficient, friendly, and kind. I was surprised at how fast they were cranking orders out considering how busy they were on this mid-morning.
