Fast food? Haha funny. It took around 20 minutes just to get 2 bagles. Ordered extra cream cheese on the bagels and it came out looking less without extra. Food was pretty good tho.
Today at 11:00am I walked in and a blonde girl and dark-haired girl completely ignored me standing at the register. I didn’t say anything and they eventually noticed me after a couple minutes and took my order. While I was picking up my bagel the blonde girl was loudly saying how she “wouldn’t kill herself over someone’s bagel” and stuff about having to wait if they’re in the middle of a conversation. She then pretty roughly set my food down. Bad experience and just overall weird and unprofessional.

Large hot coffee, cream, and sugar w a caramel swirl! It was my first visit to this store. They provided great customer service with a smile. The coffee was PERFECTLY MADE! I highly recommend this place for a good cup of coffee!

Staff can be dismissive depending on the workload (or whatever else, I don’t know), but this location is unpleasant to me. I was verbally harassed by a man at this location and have no desire to come back. He accused me of theft when I was given a refund in cash. Coming to a coffee shop to be verbally harassed? While three to four member of staff stand by and do nothing?Nope. (From 2/11/23)Edit: I reported this to Dunkin Corporate and never heard back from them. They have a record of this in their internal records but never felt the need to reach out to me about it. Customer service was nice but ultimately useless. Have no interest in shopping at any Dunkin shop ever again.
