Customer service here is not a thing. Asked for 2 dozen assorted donuts and over the intercom I heard a ughh sound. So I said if it’s too much for you I’m good without them. Then asked for a coffee. Upon pulling up I got pretty much mean mugged lol No straw no interaction. If this job isn’t for you lady why are you doing it you’re not forced to work here. Watch out here they might fight you for ordering food/coffee.

Went through the drive through for a large order, food was cold and was missing an item, but when I went inside the manager was extremely friendly and understanding and explained they were training new employees. He quickly remade/reheated our items and was very friendly and overall made the experience enjoyable. Shout out to the staff for not being miserable it was very refreshing.

Pretty disgusted by our encounter with Krystal today. Her attitude was vile. She was beyond rude and nasty. I won't be visiting this location again solely because of her.

Krystal is the rudest, most miserable person I've ever encountered in fast food, which says a lot. She was aggressive, nasty, and unpleasant during our encounter. Our drinks were both made completely incorrectly, so we had to turn all the way around to get new drinks made. Pretty ridiculous and this ensured you just lost customers indefinitely.

The absolute worst. The most inconsistent Dunkin location. How can you not get an iced caramel latte right on a consistent basis? One day it’s perfect, 2 days later it’s all milk, no caramel nor coffee. And then they want to gaslight you about your drink that you always order. They made 2 drinks yesterday that I wouldn’t give my pig & then gone say we refuse service after charging me. Every time I go there which is about twice a week, there’s a whole new team, no wonder they don’t know how to make drinks or follow a simple recipe, because they can’t keep decent staff on a consistent basis. This store needs a complete overhaul.
