I’m visiting Gainesville for the week! This Dunkin’ Donuts is right next to my parents house so we came here every morning. Every morning the order was wrong it simply just not the right order. I would go in and after the 3rd day the guy making our food even noticed me and said I’m sorry bro I keep screwing up. So every day I’d go back and give him a new chance! To no avail this never changed as every day I still have to go in and get my correct order!

I'm giving a 1 star review because I can't go any lower. The service there was horrible. I ordered ahead of time on my way to work thinking I could save a few minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and she came up to the front and had an attitude from the beginning. As if I was bothering her. She was rude to the employees and didn't take any responsibility for the situation. I will never be back. Her name was Crystal.

The manager has a nasty attitude and is very unprofessional if she can't have a nice attitude while working with others she doesn't need to be there not only that but I got my food and I asked for it without bacon and she claimed she couldn't take it off or remake it and when I asked for a refund she wouldn't refund me.

Lazy employees pulled up at like 7pm at the drive thru completely disregarded me there. Had to park up and go inside, when I go inside shorty already cashing out the register tellin me their closed when online it says they close at 8pm.

Ellora is AMAZING. Me and my partner came in to grab some breakfast and she was so bubbly and kind without being overwhelming. She gave us a personalized suggestion and was so fun. Guess this woman a raise fr. She also brought us our drinks to the table.

I visited on a rainy early afternoon before a road trip for some late breakfast at this Dunkin' since it was the only one with a drive thru near the Ayers Innovation Plaza. Decided to go in to order instead to use the restrooms (clean and stocked).
My husband and I ordered bagels and drinks. I got a toasted cinnamon raisin bagel with less cream cheese and a matcha latte with skim milk. I was originally interested in 2 raisin cinnamon bagels, but they ran out (only reason the food rating lost a star since I was really interested in a second bagel). My husband got 2 toasted plain bagels with butter and a kiwi watermelon refresher. The order was correct, and the drinks were perfect.
First off, side note on bagels with butter - unless you want what looks like 2 tablespoons of butter in your bagel, ask for less since my husband had enough to sip the butter. (he still ate the bagel but you could consider it accelerated output assistance ?)
My less cream cheese bagel was good and had just enough cheese. So if you're not into a thick layer of your bagel filling, let them know "less"! (Lesson learned!)
We'd come back again since the customer service was great, the facilities were clean, and the food/drinks were good ?

Hello ive went to all the dunkin donut shops this one is the one that makes my ice coffee the way i like it. 7 swirls 7 creamer all the other shops put sugar in it and i don’t want sugar in it!

My food was cold and my son's donut was stale. It was nine in the morning. I had to stand at the counter for several minutes before someone came to the counter and they were not busy. The employees weren't the friendliest and acted like they didn't want to be there.
