Perfect in and out experience with exactly what I needed. Driveway is a beast to navigate for drive-thru but surprisingly decaffeinated humans manage it well first thing in the morning without too many horn honks and finger gestures, 😂.

The two ladies working tonight seemed nice, but after ordering my two glazed donuts and a jelly filled cold actually ice cold. What are my best friends in Coco was the manager of a Dunkin' Donuts for two years and I know he would never allow frozen donuts to go out the window. I tried calling the Dunkin back to tell him that these were all cold and she hung up on me. Same thing three times they kept hanging up wouldn't listen. I just wanted to know aren't donuts supposed to be warm? I go to Krispy Kreme here on 13th, but thought Duncan would be good since it's right here was wrong! Horrible experience when you want a hot donut lol

I went through the drive through and explained my order. I advised, I wanted a one dozen assorted, and another dozen with half glazed, and half jelly filled. That I wanted 7 remaining apple fritters. When I got to the window, they were confused about my order so she took a piece of paper, wrote down my order, then I had to pull up and wait as they got the donuts ready. Then they delivered my order, and I proceeded on my way when I arrived at my location, only to find that I had 3 dozen donuts, one box of a sorted, the other 2 boxes had half glazed and half jelly. This was not what I ordered, and I specifically wanted the apple fritters. Of which I got none I tried to call to advise them of the error no one answered the phone do better dunkin! Can't get a simple doughnut order right.... want $15/hr... this is the problem.

The loaded hash browns were surprisingly good! We were traveling and wanted a Boston creme. We saw the hash browns and got them as well. Very good!

Why are the sandwiches always cold if they're made to order?
Tiny cute little place. Drive thru during rush is atrocious, I just feel like there could be a better location for this. Parking is also fun due to the plaza's strange location and layout. Food is great though.

I only ever get their coffee but i have to brag about their morning team. ALWAYS ON THE BALL! Line is always moving and my drink is always made correctly AND quickly, even when busy. I stopped for a coffee mid-day and my drink was made wrong :/ Morning team just has it, every time.

I had an iced coffee through the drive thru. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and smiled. This is a Gainesville location and I couldn't get over the friendly service and the fact the people seemed to like their jobs.
