I dont usually leave reviews but I have to say something. My husband went in for 3 COFFEES WAITED 20 MINUTES before we got our coffee. This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been too. Don't go there if you want to pick up a quick cup of coffee.

Came by during rush hour traffic, and the women with the septum piercing (wish I got her name) but she was the BEST and had the MOST WONDERFUL attitude of any employee I’ve encountered in a long time. She deserves a raise ASAP! Will definitely be going to this Dunkin’ from now on!

Just visited at 8:30am on July 21st to pick up my morning coffee and the lady at the front was rude as can be since the minute I pulled in, I told her good morning! She looked at me with a nasty look . getting her to do her job was like pulling teeth. Gave me a chai latte instead of a regular latte and then was bothered that she had to fix it.i asked for light sugar and I think she put more then usual LOL. Then she told me the ovens weren’t working bc of the rain (I assume she just didn’t want to make anything else). After charging me $5.55 for a coffee she couldn’t make right, I asked her to add a donut since “the ovens were broken” and she proceeded to tell me I needed to make the line all over again to order something new. If you hate your job maybe find a new one but don’t take it out on your customers :) I definitely won’t be stopping by this location again, I wish I had gotten her name.

They desperately need to hire more employees. There were only two staff members on duty, and there was a long line outside and inside. My drink was made incorrectly THREE times. They kept adding regular sugar instead of liquid cane and never mixed the syrup with the cream, resulting in a syrupy flavor at the bottom. The young lady who made it had an attitude about having to remake it, and I can’t blame her; they’re clearly overworked and underpaid. The saddest part is that I didn’t see any managers. This location used to be so great, but it’s been declining in quality recently. PLEASEEEEE don’t let Starbucks take over. đŸ™đŸŸ

Emily and Team were on it! đŸ’ȘđŸ€© We had 8 people on a road trip (4 indecisive and annoying kids), and we stopped for breakfast. Emily was so sweet and patient during the order process. She made us feel so comfortable to take our time and make our selections. We apologized for our crazy kids, and she said she understood - she has a teenager as well. The breakfast sandwiches and coffees arrived quickly and were fresh and delicious. Glad we stopped here; Emily and Team made our day! 😃🙏💗

Grumpy staff
my wife and I regularly frequent Dunkin’ locations on our way to central Florida each month. This was our first stop at the 387 exit at Gainesville location. The fellow taking my order seemed less than thrilled that I was there and the other crew member (lady, who appreared to be management) was even less excited
signified by her “sighing”. Perhaps those two had been arguing prior to our arrival. Fortunately, the young lass who prepared our bagels was very sweet and friendly. Too bad she has to work with the other two curmudgeons. Maybe a little customer service relations training is in order
 perhaps?
