This Dunkin and it's employees are the only thing that keep me going somedays. Everyday during my lunch break I go to this specific Dunkin to get coffee because they ALWAYS brighten my day. Ive pulled into their drive through crying my eyes out from stress and have left with the biggest smile on my face. Deja always remembers my order and D remembered me and my mom from a dunkin we use to frequent. I can not compliment the staff and customer care at this location enough. I have the Best experience everytime and it's because of the staff at this location that they will forever have my buisness. To all the employees at this location thank you so much for doing what you do. It's more than just coffee and donuts to some of us. We see your hard work and dedication so thank you🤍

I just wanted to give a nice compliment to the young lady that took our order. Very polite and stern at the same time. Thank you. We were on our way home from Orlando! ❤️

Terrible attitude employees. When we pulled up to the drive thru someone literally screamed through the speaker (don’t know what THAT was about)
Then when we ordered we gave them instructions to make a frozen drink that was given to us by the other Dunkin location in Gainesville which is an AWESOME store.
However when I got this drink today it tasted HORRIBLE. The boy poked it at us through the window as though he was saying take your crap and go.
My husband said “our receipt says whipped cream, can we have whipped cream?”
The boy grabbed the drink, quickly put the cream on it and handed it back out to us without a word and slammed the window shut.
I don’t know what he did to that drink but it tasted like bitter ink.
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

I recently visited the Dunkin’ Donuts in Gainesville, Florida, after doing a quick Google search for a nearby location. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't what I hoped for. The building is rather uninviting and has an outdated appearance; it could really use a good pressure wash and a fresh coat of paint to brighten things up.
Upon entering, I noticed the windows were quite dirty, which didn’t set a good tone for my visit. I ordered an iced latte, and when I received it, I was surprised to see it filled to the brim with ice—so much so that I could see it through the cup. The whipped cream barely peaked over the rim, and the coffee itself was well below the line, making it look underfilled.
I decided to try the holiday cookie latte, expecting something festive, but to me, it tasted overwhelmingly like vanilla with no other flavor notes. I was disappointed and won't be ordering that again. I think I’ll stick to my usual caramel craze, which I enjoy more.
I’ve noticed a pattern with Dunkin’ drinks—some are excessively sweet while others can be quite bitter, and this one definitely leaned toward the latter. This inconsistency is why I had stopped frequenting Dunkin’ for about three years. It’s frustrating to order the same drink at different locations and get such varying flavors. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and uncertain about returning in the future.

There’s so much I can say about this store. The worst job I’ve ever had. Moldy food, old milky drinks, and the worst used and abused place. They definitely don’t deserve good workers.

These people can't get an order right to save their lives. Ordered a vanilla bean coolatta with a shot of espresso and a frozen hot chocolate with no whip. The hot chocolate came loaded down with so much whipped cream that it could sicken even the most enthusiastic of sweet dairy enjoyers. The coolatta wasn't even a coolatta - it was a regular iced coffee with vanilla bean syrup. No espresso, and so sweet that I couldn't even drink it. When I informed them that they had my order completely wrong, the guy behind the counter tried to insist that he refund and re-ring us up, rather than just fix their screw up. This was my first, and LAST, visit to this location.

Dee/Diana is a rare gem. She answers the window with such joy and light in her voice almost forcing you to want to be happy with her! Such an angel. Hopefully she can be rewarded for her rare and delightful demeanor that is so few and far between now a days

Guy acted put out. Too busy to do his job. I walked out without ordering. First and last time at this location.

Donuts are hard and dry and instead of going by my order. They threw random donuts in the box because "the Uber eats driver told them to".

I would have loved to give a 5 star review for the AM Kayla alone however our first encounter was with the general manager who upon arrival of us walking in we found he vaping in the area where food was being prepped. She then walked to the front never greeting us walking outside to smoke. When Kayla realized this she responded to us quickly and took our order patiently with excellent customer service. It's clear Kayla is in the wrong position and definitely is more deserving of the GM position just off professionalism alone.
