Foods great but the one lady who works there is awful. She was really rude and got my whole order wrong. Missed a whole sandwich, and somehow made a coffee when I ordered a chai.

I like this dunkin, the service can just be slow in the morning at times. It sometimes takes forever for someone to take an order at the drive-through, and then it takes even longer to get the drinks or food. But people are nice and try to be as attentive as they can. If you’re in a rush, try a different dunkin. But if you want your drinks and food to be done well, this is THEE dunkin.

The employees at this Dunkin are the worst. They are so miserable- took them several minutes to answer the window, I was the only car in line. I also love seeing employees wearing bonnets that they sleep in, to work. Such trash- I’m over it- everyone just acts like these things are ok and they are not. Act a little professional.

Waited to be helped in the store , was not greeted by anyone for 5 minutes despite every one of the staff members looking at us. The staff was helping the drive thru customers and laughed at a customer and made jokes about their card declining loud enough for my fiance and I to hear and we finally just walked out and went to wafflehouse. The staff was rude, and completely out of line for making jokes about a customer in the drive thru. News flash you work at dunkin - and with those attitudes you always will. Go to the dunkin down the road instead or waffle house their food and service was exceptional!!!
