$7.23 for a SMALL pumpkin spice latte/w oat milk. 😂 😂 ill never be back. I feel sorry for the employees who have to explain to everyone why this cost so much. It’s so ridiculous. They charged me almost 2 dollars extra to get oat milk. So they just lost a customer. Employees were fantastic though!

Zero stars. The service is terrible. A black worker makes fun of the customers. He thinks he's funny. He has a mocking attitude. I saw him take food without protection and he looks bad. If you don't like your job, you better leave. I don't recommend this place at all.

Service is friendly and store inside is nice and cool, but don't get milkshakes here. They are very watery and flavorless, and wayyyy over-priced. I've had this experience more than once and have decided it's the status quo where their shakes are concerned.

Dirty!!! I can't imagine how much nasty stuff is around this store. I went in to get a coffee and donut but first stopped by the restroom first; which I'm glad and horrified I did. Not only was there no toilet paper but no paper towels or soap to use! It disgusts me that every person before me for who knows how long had been leaving that restroom spreading their nasty germs on every door, table, chair, counter all the way back to the kitchen. Please out of safety for yourself don't eat or drink here.

Service was good and everyone was courteous. Coffee was also good. I had an apple fritter that was cold and I don’t mean room temperature. The icing was running off and the center of the fritter was refrigerator cold. Not fresh at all.

I've been to this location twice and I don't get any service from your workers I stood at the counter for a good minute and no one came to give me any service they was giving service to the other customers (old white ladies) but I guess because I was (black) that's why no one gave me service a young lady had clocked in and she went to the back where the rest of the other workers then when I walked out then someone came up front I just wanted some donuts and I will not be going to any Dunkin donuts cause I feel that my money is not good enough for your company thanks but no thanks sincerely cynthia Walker
