I come here quite often and have never had an issue. Mornings can have a bit of a wait time, but that's to be expected. Once everything is ordered, it doesn't take more than 5 minutes to receive my food and drinks, so I'm not complaining. Store is kept quite clean, and employees are all kind and respectful.

The most bitter and burnt coffee I’ve ever had coupled with poor customer service. Tell tale signs that they’re reusing grinds. Gross - you couldn’t even mess up instant coffee this bad

The Worst Customer Service I have ever received!!! I placed an order online and they told me they did not receive my order but my money was taken! The manager was very rude and refused to help me and got loud with me in front of other customers!

went through today and ordered a bacon and cheese sandwich no egg went to open it and realized there’s no cheese and when i asked for a remake they made a new one but slapped a cold piece of cheese on a cold croissant is threw in a bag, this isn’t the only time I’ve had cheese on my sandwich, But happening and again and again? the coffee is great don’t get me wrong but expect cold disgusting food
