I am from Arizona and just one Dutch Bros isn’t enough for Gainesville. In Flagstaff we have two or three of them around town, but the lines here are extremely long and takes too long to order

I ordered a medium drink with no Ice and they gave me a half empty cup. I always order drinks without ice and I've never met anyone with the nerve to give me a half empty cup for the price of a whole one even at this location it's ridiculous. At least TELL me if you're going to do something this insane and I'll leave. Ive gone here plenty of times and each time it hasn't been a problem. Theres way better places around here don't waste your time with them.

This is my go to place, I love the dutch20 drinks and fizz’s the most. Everyone is always nice and friendly. My only complaint is the lines, when it’s open to “selecting the shortest line” it’s a breeze but when they send people out to direct which line to go into, it gets chaotic and backs everything up and almost causes accidents. Needs to be a safer way to manage the slight inconvenient location it was built in
I was very disappointed. I asked what they would recommend and it was horrible I literally thru the whole thing except for 2 sips away.

So since moving to Florida, I’ve always been a proud supporter of Dutch Bros and always loved going there, until today. I arrived and ordered my usual, and I usually would ask for light ice, with a top off of extra rebel. I was always told by employees at this location that they have rebel on tap, and do not charge extra to top off drinks. So after ordering my drink, the worker confirms my order with me, and then getting up to the window it’s another story. The worker confirms my drink with me, and then proceeds to tell me they “don’t do that anymore” and I’d need to spend an additional $5 to top off my drink. On a drink that already costs $9, an additional $5 puts it at a whopping $14. This is criminal and while my anger doesn’t lay with the front line workers, it lays with the greedy owners of the location who want to nickel and dime every last cent out of you. I’m surprised they don’t charge you to put ice in your drink or for a straw. All I’m going to say is I’m glad there’s other local options that also happen to be cheaper, because this is my final straw with Dutch Bros.

First time getting a drink here. A coworker said they had good drinks, so I thought I ordered a Matcha latte and I said whay the heck and added sugar free strawberry, and this is what I got when she came back... It looks like Matcha ice tea with strings of strawberry flavoring.
