This is my go to place, I love the dutch20 drinks and fizz’s the most. Everyone is always nice and friendly. My only complaint is the lines, when it’s open to “selecting the shortest line” it’s a breeze but when they send people out to direct which line to go into, it gets chaotic and backs everything up and almost causes accidents. Needs to be a safer way to manage the slight inconvenient location it was built in
Every time I go to Dutch Bros I'm always delighted, sometimes the line, either on car or on foot, is a little long and time consuming, but that's just to show how good they are!! 10/10
I enjoyed my visit to Dutch Bros. Coffee was good, but it's a lot more more milk than coffee when compared to Starbucks and Scooters. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated.
One concern I did have was seeing employees standing outside in the Florida heat with no shade or fans. It didn’t feel right given how intense the heat can be here. I hope the company can look into providing better conditions for their team.
