I went to Vivid for a music event. My boyfriend has an Achilles injury that makes it hard for him to stand the whole time in his boot and I myself am a disabled veteran and my back hurts often. Unfortunately the VIP for the event didn’t take place like they said however I had reached out prior to and had explained my situation and was asking for help before hand. I have to say the event staff, managers and James Banks (one of the bouncers) were so great in helping me out. They helped us with a small table and a couple of stools to accommodate us under the circumstances. I am glad I reached out before hand because with the VIP unexpectedly changing, this was more than accommodating. I cannot thank them enough for being so kind and understanding. I truly appreciate it! I definitely will be back again and will be recommending others to go here as well! Thank you all again! It means a lot. 🥹
Terrible people, terrible communication. Would recommend any venue other than this place.
We had a great time at rave bingo
Paid for VIP tickets to a recent show and couldn’t even see the DJs from where they positioned us. Went into the GA and was physically assaulted and security only asked for a verbal apology from my assailant before escorting them back to their friends. Women are not safe here, stay away.
Security is pissy. They are sour when it comes to customer service. Do better.
If you're seeing a rock show here, the sound is always terrible. Some of the staff is also not great. College nightclub vibes, probably my least favorite venue in Gainesville.
Fest Baby
Totally awesome place!!!!
Only thing they do good is blocking the road and other businesses with them parking wherever they please
Went to see Noah Hunton in concert with Kip Moore and Kellie McFarland performing as well!!
First time visiting the venue and had a good time! Not sure if I'm a fan of the rubbery mat where everyone stands or not I think it is was made my back and feet hurt more as it is a stand up only venue
But yes i would return for another concert it was all around a very good venue and atmosphere!!
Restaurantji Recommends
First time here, saw some bands that were part of Fest. Great venue: large space, great sound, cold A/C, two levels with plenty of bars. They should be bringing in big name bands
ROCK N ROLL!
This place is popping highly recommend for a friday/Saturday show the drinks are good and the vibe is right
Saw Tape B here
Venue is great and the 360 stage set up was super fun!
Multiple bars inside and easy to get around even when it’s a sold out night
Fun place
