I went to Vivid for a music event. My boyfriend has an Achilles injury that makes it hard for him to stand the whole time in his boot and I myself am a disabled veteran and my back hurts often. Unfortunately the VIP for the event didn’t take place like they said however I had reached out prior to and had explained my situation and was asking for help before hand.
I have to say the event staff, managers and James Banks (one of the bouncers) were so great in helping me out....
Went to see Noah Hunton in concert with Kip Moore and Kellie McFarland performing as well!!
First time visiting the venue and had a good time! Not sure if I'm a fan of the rubbery mat where everyone stands or not I think it is was made my back and feet hurt more as it is a stand up only venue
But yes i would return for another concert it was all around a very good venue and atmosphere!!

Pretty cool place to line dance and swing on a Friday. The boss made the dj close up like 45 minutes early for whatever reason on a Friday so that was pretty lame especially since I drove up 5 hours from Miami to visit for the first time. If I’m ever in town though I’d definitely hit it back up and try to get there a little earlier
