Had the tofu shoyu ramen to go a couple weeks back. Will say that the staff was wearing masks when I came in to pick up, so that's good. Not the worst, but definitely not the best. I won't be ordering from here again, there's better ramen places in Gainesville. Ramen broth and tofu was overly salty, on the verge of being not pleasurable to eat at all. I think this probably was just a bad batch of ramen, but not going to risk it again. My roommate had the steamed buns and seemed to enjoy them, but once again nothing mind blowing or special.

The atmosphere was so friendly and the ramen was amazing, wasnt a big fan of the pickled ginger or tofu but otherwise delicious!

SERVICE (4/5): The workers were kind and quick in getting the food prepared. RAMEN (2/5): Unfortunately, the ramen here was not flavorful or worth the price. The menu is relatively limited so I expected the few items they had to be well prepared. I have tried everything on the menu thus far but will update this review if the ramen quality improves in the future. APPETIZERS (3/5): The pork buns were okay. Nothing special. All in all, I really hope this restaurant improves. I enjoy having several ramen options in Gainesville and would love to see an updated menu with more flavorful options at Electric ramen.

I'm always afraid to order ramen delivery, it's never the same as having it in the restaurant. Boy did this place change my mind! It was delivered so fast the broth was still piping hot! Absolutely delicious. The gyoza was amazing as well. Definitely reccomend this place! I am a bit of a noodle soup snob, this place is definitely top 2 best ramen places in Gainesville!

Ordered a nice treat for the kiddos, nothing like some ramen noodles to break up the quarantine. And they deliver so score, the food arrived fast and was still hot not to much spillage considering the traveling. Family here is half Asian and half Americans so for the Americans every thing was perfect for the Asian the broth could of been more powerful. I personally thought the broth was perfect amount of flavor and sodium compared for my tastes. The portion of broth and noodles is not then enough even for the houses Ramen beasts.

I cannot believe I wasted money on this quality of food. Pork is cheap, noodles were raw, stiff, and seemed to be waiting for a customer in ages, and the broth I had to throw it away. In total, it was as expensive as a Crane Ramen, and way down in quality. I am not coming back. It does not deserve a 4.4 in Google. A decent 3.5 would be the realistic approach.

Cheap ramen, good value but didn't taste much complexity in the soup. The egg was just a normal egg? Not a ramen egg which I expected. Meat was okay, not hugely flavorful.

Great noodles bar. Just the basics but done well.

Delicious, no frills hole in the wall. With the limited menu and no frills aesthetic I felt like I was in Manhattan not Gainesville!

Glad we decided to try it out. I got the spicy ramen with beef flavored dashi and tofu. The food was great. Honestly, this is the best tofu I have ever eaten. I don't know what they do differently, but whatever it is, I am impressed. For dessert, I had the creamsicle flavored mochi, which was delicious.

Delicious and nutritious, tastes just like ramen noodles should.

More like 3.5 stars, but nonetheless, an average ramen spot. The main reason I would recommend this ramen spot is for the price and the portion. They give you a very generous amount of noodles but falls short for me on the broth and flavor ratio. I might be being a bit harsh just in comparison to other ramen places I've tried, but I do say it's good for a Gainesville ramen spot. I also think I would've enjoyed the bowl more if my ramen was correct, I wasn't able to get gluten-free noodles even though that's what I ordered so I think that affected my experience a tad. Overall, would give it another try.
