One of.my favorite steak houses hands down. Great steaks that come with 2 sides included, amazing wine list with great Sommes, and helpful and friendly wait staff. I come every time I'm in

The review is for Spark at Embers. I ordered a ribeye but it was unfortunately smothered in some sort of cream or cheese sauce. This should not be allowed at any steak restaurant. Smothering stuff on the steak just takes away from the steak. Let the beef shine on its own. Would not come back.

We had the worst experience at this place. We got to the restaurant at 8:40pm by 9:15 I still didn’t have my drink and when we got our appetizers I asked again for my drink and the answer I got was: “yeah, you have to wait because the bar has like 84 orders right now”. What kind of place talks to customers like that? By 10:20pm we still didn’t have our dinner and we decided to go, all we got was an apology. Me and my husband went there to celebrate our anniversary and all we got was a horrible service.

It's was nice but the tables were really close together so it didn't make for much of a romantic setting but the service was top notch.. Good service makes everything worth it!! The best thing on my plate was the fried cheese they put on my salad, I couldve ordered a plate of those and a side of the black olives and been happy p- the price for the food was very expensive and the food was just ok

I ordered the scallops and was very disappointed, because 2 out of the 5 scallops I was given had an ammonia taste. When there is an ammonia taste it indicates that they are starting to go bad. I told the waiter and nothing was done to compensate for the issue. I was charged the full $50 for bad scallops. That is not how you treat customers when they are given spoiled food. I also was there with 7 people, our bill was very large, so I was extremely surprised that it was acceptable to charge for rotten food. Lastly, one person in our party was celebrating a birthday and nothing was sent out to acknowledge their birthday. I found this strange too. Most good restaurants send out some kind of dessert with a candle. I will never go back to this place again. It was overpriced, served spoiled food and did not honor a special occasion in any way. Very disappointing.

Absolutely the best restaurant I’ve had the opportunity to dine in this decade. I travel 6 months of the year, eat out 6 months of the year. Courtney & Victor were both exceptional… I can’t say enough positive things about this fantastic restaurant.

We have dined at Embers on several occasions. Never experienced anything other than great food till this week. My husband had the duck breast which made him sick all night. Not sure why? My meal of salmon & risotto was very bland. Prior to writing this review tried to contact Embers at no avail, answering service only. Left message, no return call. Just wanted to inform them to avoid no one else getting sick.

I've had really good experiences at embers. This last time was just good. Server Jillian was very nice, attentive, and great all around. The food was good overall, but I did order fire roasted tomatoes as a side and they were just raw tomatoes with balsamic on them. My filet was cooked perfectly. It's just the prices are way too high for what you get. Not amazing food but the prices were outrageous. Likely will return, but maybe as an annual thing.

Went to dinner with some close friends. The atmosphere was nice, the wine selection was plentiful and the service was spot on for a nice steakhouse. The food for the price was quite a let down. The Ribeye was not as marbled as I would have expected and the Lobster Mash was just ok and barely warm. The Blue Crab Bisque and Caesar salad were quite delicious, but again the main dish was lackluster at best. In truth I’ve had better much more flavorful steaks at Texas Roadhouse!
