The best Vietnamese restaurant we have ever found. We were greeted at the door and seated. Food was made fresh. I got the chicken curry. Spouse got the crepe. We also got the spring rolls. They were full of meat. Our lunches were perfect, the most delicious food. Absolutely exceptional. Never ever had anything like it. We will definitely always go back when we are in Gainesville
Faith Vietnamese has the best pho in Gainesville! The chef is a hardworking and talented cook who really puts love into her food. I just tried the new mungbean pudding, it was a delightful surprise and made a light and creamy end to my meal! Thank you so much to the hardworking people who run this establishment!!
I was in Gainesville for training and stopped in for lunch today. I had the Pho with beef (#9 on the menu). It was spectacular; all veggies we're fresh, the beef was tender, the noodles we're awesome, and the spices we're perfect. I had the spicy condiment on the side so I couldn't control how much I wanted to sweat. It was a perfect meal for a chilly day. I wish I had more time to stay because the dessert looked good.
