PLEASE don't do it. This Fat Tuesday at Celebration Pointe is a scaled down version and the female working behind the counter on 5.17.2023 at approximately 3:30 PM was not only obnoxious but uninformed. First, I asked for a "Swamp Water" which is a Fat Tuesday trademarked product. Answer, "no, we don't have those so you got it at another chain". I said, "no, those are sold at what appear to be larger Fat Tuesdays and is a mixture of several ice types." I then asked for a daiquari because apparently they don't mix at this place. But here's the biggest problem and I am 69 years old. Wait staff: "I need to scan your driver's license". Why, "because I get fired if I don't". What do you guys do with the data, "we determine if your ID is current, your age, and other information." What do you do with the data after that? "I don't know, I'm just required to get it." SOUND ALARMING? Yes, you bet. Are they selling the information? If so, to whom do they sell it? Are they matching personal information on the driver's license with the use of a credit card and then selling that combined data to hackers? How long do they keep the data? What corporate protections are in place to protect the data? YOU GET THE PICTURE. RUN AWAY.After I bought a drink and left a tip, the wait staff person slid the drink across the cafeteria style counter and when she didn't say anything after 30 seconds, I said, "thank you." At which time, she finally said "thank you". (Maybe it took so long because she didn't like the questions I asked about how they use the information on the driver's license.)NOPE, I will NEVER go to this one ever again!

I love Fat Tuesday's but today the guy that was serving seemed to be annoying by our presence. He didn't want to explain drinks and even was agitated that I handed his tip to him instead of puting it in the cup. I really think the customer service can be better for the price they are charging.

I went into the Gainesville location for my first time and the attendant was completely un helpful and disinterested in being helpful in anyway I wont be back as a result of the rude service. 6.30pm 3/25/23.

Definitely the smallest Fat Tuesday I have ever been to. No sample of flavors available. Customer service was average.We came in on a Saturday afternoon. Got a sport bottle Miami Vice for $20 as refills are $11. Flavors are as expected. I wouldn't rush back to this location even though we looked forward to having one here!To be honest, I'm a fan of their competitor more. More flavor options and always had nicer customer service.

This location doesn't have food, just drinks, you just walk in and pick your flavors, and you can get multiple ones per drink. I went with the hurricane, eye candy, and strawberry. You can also get different size cups and reusable ones. The smallest size is a good price for the drink. The reusable cups are more expensive, but then you get the refills cheaper. If you were to come here often, it would be a good deal to get one of the reusable ones.

A Fat Tuesday's in Gainesville! This is a nice surprise. I use to live in South Florida and enjoyed going to Fat Tuesday then hitting the beach. This location is a bit small and not by the beach...bummer but the it's decent. My fiancé and I got a souvenir bottle to share and it was delicious and refreshing. We got the strawberry mixed with the octane. The service was quick and efficient and the price was $20 and refills with the bottle is $11. If you like slushy beverages you should definitely check them out.
