Fehrenbacher's Artisan Sausage

Phenomenal restaurant. Great food. Well crafted combination of flavors with incredibly well made and fresh ingredients. The principal makes his own sausages in-store and brings in his meats from local sources. Outstanding food. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good place with the area behind where you can sit like a picnic in wooden tables, or other kind, but it is good!! You can enjoy other restaurants if part of your group doesn't want to eat in the same place!!

Found my favorite lunch spot. Food is a decadent take on classic deli meals. Service and set up is perfection, and the atmosphere on the back lanai is exactly what I look for, covered outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the art and tree filled backyard of 4th Ave food park.

I'm Italian from NY, I know good Italian sausage, my grandparents used to make it, they are from Italy. Fehrenbacher's makes some of the best Italian sausage I've had. Gainesville is completely void of a Italian markets, (such a shame) so I am so happy they are here and have such great Italian sausage. Very friendly staff. Didn't go for the atmosphere, went for good Italian sausage and it's what we found

loooove going to this local butcher. high quality products. friendly staff. great hours. once we started getting our meat from here we pretty much stopped entirely getting it from publix, aldis, etc.

Really sad that I found this gem a few months before I leave GNV after living here for the last 4 years. This place is awesome from their sausage sandwiches to the meats you can take home and prepare yourself! Always in and out quick and the staff is super friendly. 10/10.

Such a gem of a small shoppe. NY Steaks were fabulous (not cheap) and the Lamb Bacon was magnificent. Certainly worth a trip back.
