Firehouse Subs Gainesville

Ordered delivery! Had the hook and ladder sub and mac & cheese. It was really good! It was my first time trying firehouse subs! I will definitely be ordering from them again!

been here a few times and got food poisoning every time.

Slowest service I've ever seen. Two people in front of us and it took over 30 minutes to get our subs. You get your food faster in a full sit down restaurant. Staff were just slowly wandering around chatting with each other. It's the second time in a couple months it's been like this and I will never come back.

We are big Firehouse fans, but this location is filthy! We have given it three chances and it has only gotten worse. Every time we have visited, all tables are dirty, floors wet and sticky, and trash everywhere. It should be noted that we have not been at busy times so that cant be an excuse. They are either out of ice or the drink machine is out of syrups. The drink machine appears not to have been wiped down in months. Sticky splatter all up it and it leaks down your arm as you're making your drink. The rack that holds the lids is completely unsanitary. My husband tried to use the bathroom and said it was disgusting. I'm not sure if Firehouse holds their locations to certain standards, but this one definitely needs some attention from top to bottom.

Not sure we're to start when I walked in all the tables were nasty and chairs everywhere my order was supposed to be ready at 8:28 didn't get it until 8:50 customers were putting hand all over the cups and putting them back no one seemed to care u stand there and no one acknowledge is you at all. I spent 29.00 on two subs one was a meatball sub the other was the new French dip sub finally got them subs were not even warm they both were cold I got to car checked out everything fresh dip didn't even cover the bottom of the cup it came in and it was cold went back in asked the lady who BTW looked at me like I'm not supposed to be talking to her about the amount of dip I got that it was cold and was not a lot of the amount I paid out for this sub she snorted and said that's the way it comes didn't say sorry didn't try to resolve the issue whatsoever just turned away and then ignored me. So I got home with two cold subs and a splash of French dip sauce and I start eating my sub and half way in I find a blond hair in my food so needless to say I threw my sub away since I live 35 mins away from this place. I was so excited to eat here my husband had did nothing brag about fire house subs. He has never been to the location I went to tonight but it was the biggest let down ever. And I wanted to give them zero stars so I say watch this place when u go here to eat. I put a picture of the 14.99 sub that I didn't get to enjoy. Oh also they left the mayo off my husband sub as well. And it was completely cold. Very disappointed and shame on the 4 people who were working there tonight I won't every be going back at all.

Some of the worst subs I’ve ever had. Weird flavors, mushy, and not fresh. Several items were missing from my order as well. Just terrible in every possible way.

Ordered on the app at 6:20 for pick up at 6:35, got there at 6:35 and waited until 6:50 for them to tell me my food would take another fifteen minutes. Finally got it at 7:10. The food's fine but it's kind of crazy to take 50 minutes to make two subs when there were maybe four other customers in the whole restaurant.

Ordered the large engineer and found their portions of produce way off. I received 2 (one on each half of the large sub) poorly sliced ends of the tomato on my sub. This is not the quality I receive from other Firehouse Sub locations. Is there someone checking quality?

Literally paid for my food waiting there for 25 minutes The manager asked two people next to me if they’re good, but ignored me I had to go back to work paid an left with no food

So I understand a lot of people like this place, truthfully it is one persons opinion vs the other. That being said, I am a sub fan, but not so much of firehouse, it seemed hurried, didn't have much flavor, was ok, but as I said I am just one persons opiniom
