Literally every time i order pickup they never give me a pickle even though i order one. Beware, they don’t give you pickles for online orders! It’s been like 6 times now no pickle. Ridiculous

Very poor customer service. I ordered a sub and on the first attempt they forgot to put meat on my sub and then on the second attempt they gave me the wrong bread. Ms. Tracy ( The manager) was very unprofessional about the situation

Absolutely the Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had at Firehouse Subs
I’ve always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but my recent visit was completely ruined by one employee—Latoya (I think this was her name). Her attitude was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. There was zero professionalism, no greeting, no eye contact—just straight-up disrespect.
When I asked a simple question about my order, she responded with clear irritation and sarcasm, like I was bothering her by just being there. The tone she used throughout the interaction was condescending and borderline hostile. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before.
What’s even more disappointing is that Firehouse is known for its friendly service—and this experience was the exact opposite. Latoya’s behavior completely changed the way I feel about coming back. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this crossed the line. No customer should be treated this way.
Unless there’s a serious change in staff attitude, especially from Latoya, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointing and absolutely the worst customer service I’ve encountered at any Firehouse Subs location. (I visited on 7/25/2025 at about 11:10 am. Short slim back female)

Would love to tell you about my food but I never got waited on. As I have had issues with this Firehouse in the past with how slow the service is here attempted to give it another try today. Waited in the drive thru for 10 min no-one came over the speaker box or to the window. Only come to this Firehouse if you don't have a schedule to keep.
