Ordered the New York Steamer and I'm not sure if I'm being pranked. There was less meat than a 6" Subway sandwich and the amount of sauce used made the sub inedible. I should have just burned my $20 instead of wasting my time sitting in the drive through. This place is a dumpster fire.

went to kiosk ordered food choose to oay cash the recept saud put number on tzble and pay when pick up food 30 minutes later im still waiting .ive been to othet fire house in town many times with no isdues the staff in this one is rude snd refuse to do there job ill never be bsck

This location is hit or miss with wait times, but is usually accurate with the orders. The last few times I have gone my order has been messed up. I commute so my husband and I make the order, pick it up, and sometimes eat and sometimes drive home first. Today I was working late on my half day shift and my husband picked up some food for me. He ordered a medium engineer no tomato’s. He brought it back to work and I finished up work and on the drive home decided to eat my food. It only had turkey and mushrooms on it. It was not enjoyable at all. I love firehouse and go to archer road all the time. The Engineer is something I crave and I look forward to it every time I order a sub.

I also have been in food service before so I get mistakes happen and sometimes trucks don’t come etc. But if you don’t have Lettuce, Mayo, mustard, cheese, onions you should really turn your app off or let your guest know. I was very disappointed today.

Food is generally okay, couple of occasions the order was wrong but minor things like cheese when we asked for none. But this is the slowest Firehouse subs I have ever been to, drive-thru or inside, on most occasions we wait more than 30 minutes for three sandwiches. The French dip which I had not seen until this last trip was really good.

Went in and did a to go order. They filled the order quickly. Took about 5 minutes for 5 subs.. can't complain about that. The staff was friendly and polite.

General Manager is very rude! Decided to rush us through the Drive Thru Window. Not only was the manager very impatient, but also very rude! Once we decided to take our money elsewhere, we decided to call and speak to a manager about the situation. Turns out, the General Manager not only was the rude employee, but they also doubled down on their rudeness! Completely appalling behavior from a manager! We will not be eating at this establishment until their focus on customer service is back where it should be! Funny how the owner responds to 5 star reviews with zero context, but refuses to acknowledge the elephant in the room.

we’ve gone through the drive thru a lot and, despite a somewhat long wait, the food is good and fresh! the most recent trip we made we didn’t even get to the food part, unfortunately. manager, Tracy, greeted us kindly and got ready to take our order. as soon as i started speaking, she immediately was rushed and interrupting my order with “questions” (i.e. what size, drink, side, etc.) every time we tried to add a detail to our order, we were rushed and interrupted, leading to an overwhelming and negative experience, so we said nevermind and went elsewhere. we called to report this interaction to the manager and after finding out she was the one at the microphone, she doubled down on her behavior saying, “It’s [her] job to ask questions”, rather than apologizing for the behavior and making things right. we both work in food service so this is not coming from a close minded point of view. i hope she treats her employees with more patience and respect than she does her “valued customers”.

No straws, no silverware, long wait time, rude staff, made the wrong sub and staff members says “well that’s what the receipt printed back here” even when I showed them the original receipt. Don’t waste your time.
