Very poor customer service. I ordered a sub and on the first attempt they forgot to put meat on my sub and then on the second attempt they gave me the wrong bread. Ms. Tracy ( The manager) was very unprofessional about the situation

Absolutely the Worst Experience I’ve Ever Had at Firehouse Subs

I’ve always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but my recent visit was completely ruined by one employee—Latoya (I think this was her name). Her attitude was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, she was rude, dismissive, and acted like helping customers was a burden. There was zero professionalism, no greeting, no eye contact—just straight-up disrespect.

When I asked a simple question about my order, she responded with clear irritation and sarcasm, like I was bothering her by just being there. The tone she used throughout the interaction was condescending and borderline hostile. I’ve never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant before.

What’s even more disappointing is that Firehouse is known for its friendly service—and this experience was the exact opposite. Latoya’s behavior completely changed the way I feel about coming back. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this crossed the line. No customer should be treated this way.

Unless there’s a serious change in staff attitude, especially from Latoya, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Extremely disappointing and absolutely the worst customer service I’ve encountered at any Firehouse Subs location. (I visited on 7/25/2025 at about 11:10 am. Short slim back female)

Would love to tell you about my food but I never got waited on. As I have had issues with this Firehouse in the past with how slow the service is here attempted to give it another try today. Waited in the drive thru for 10 min no-one came over the speaker box or to the window. Only come to this Firehouse if you don't have a schedule to keep.

1st time diner. Recommended by family. Host Cameron was polite and professional. The food was good and hot. Service by the kitchen was very slow. Took over 30 minutes to get our food. Customers who ordered on the app or complained about ordering the wrong food received preferential service. This was the slowest sandwich shop in town, in my opinion.

Today I had one of the best salads I have ever eaten. Everything was fresh and crispy. The food is always great. I think I have become addicted to this place. Try the French fries...they are the best I have ever eaten.

Food was great . But in all honesty , if it wasn’t for the young lady who’s working front cash today I wouldn’t come back to this location. This young lady was beyond amazing very attentive to everyone even during a hectic lunch rush. She made sure I was fine as well as other guests . I saw her take orders and when she had time I watched her go back and help them make subs and past them out. It was a moment that stuck out to me with her. A man was there 30 minutes (he said) waiting for food she assured him that his sub was next. Ofc attitudes are given but not once did she roll her eyes or bicker back she went to the back and made sure his sub was next. She a great worker and if it wasn’t for that cashier in lunch I’m sure a lot of negative would be going on. I’ve seen it before . Good job today 13th street you all did well with keeping up with everything today . I just wanted to point out the cashier as well. Keep being loving and keep as smile no matter what life throws at you. Thank you all

On another note my daughter has been trying to get a job here for the last 6 months and she's been giving interviews twice every time she comes into the restaurant the manager's not there and I spoke with the manager yesterday on the phone because she had an interview yesterday not yesterday today before yesterday We called up there they said that the lady doing their interviews would be in yesterday tomorrow on the phone is what they said which was yesterday called her she said no that's Olivia it's a who takes down the job applications for them and send them over however it's computer ran it's not a real person so Olivia has given my daughter four different interviews she's been to not one I think something needs to be done about this Olivia needs to stop taking down interviews and we need to be able to speak with a real person This is unacceptable
