Came in on my 30 min lunch break, the place was clean, customers service was great and fast, most importantly when i received my food in what feels like record time, it was hot, accurate and tasty.
Overpriced and in my opinion worth it.
Typical 5 guys experience. Cooked to order burger and fries. Free peanuts while you wait.
The staff was also your typical young adults, unprofessional, loud and again in my opinion added to the experience in a positive way.
These days its a rarity to find young people with basic customer service skills non the less ones that actively engage in conversation with customers. The staff was having fun and it was infectious.

This review is for cece, one of the managers. I had an issue with my sandwich in which it was missing ingredients, and I left a complaint regarding that. She contacted me a day later and we spoke on the phone, she made sure to make it up to me. She turned a negative experience into a positive one, and now I feel like I wasn’t scammed by not getting what I paid for. Thank you for the follow up!
