Great Cuban sandwich. Great pastries. Friendly staff. I will definitely be back before I leave Florida.
The Cubano was excellent.
Excellent Cuban taste after the club in hogtown
Amazing value for your money. A night out in Midtown + $6 in your pocket + couple of friends = one delicious night. Don't sleep on these burritos! Definitely top 3 burritos to have ever entered my mouth in my love. I'm pretty sure their burritos have been written about in the Bible.
They are so dope. My favorite Spanish place in Gainesville. Nothing comes close. It's like being in Miami and going to that regular neighborhood lunch spot. Take it from a Dominican from New York and South Florida who's had Spanish food everywhere Flaco's is where it's at in Gainesville their pastries are so soft they melt!
Its a pitty this place is so confused about traditional cuban cuisine. MAYO is not cuban... It has no place on a Cuban sandwich or a media noche. On top of that he tried to tell me its the way they do it if you're from Miami or Cuba........ ummmm, NO WE DO NOT and by we I mean Cubans from Miami. #imcuban #holdthemayo #Hialeah #pepebillete #palabasura
Always good food, and always worth the wait!

Whether it's 2 p.m. or 2 a.m., Flaco's has your Cuban coffee, Media Noche and Guava and cheese pastries. If you are looking for something lighter, they also have a variety of hand made tacos. Located right next Durty Nelly's, locally owned and operated Flaco's has been feeding Gainesville since 2006.
The people who work there are so rude. When I walked in there was a man and a woman working and laughing and joking around. I walk up to the counter the woman stops turns to me looks me up and down scrunches up her nose and says hi, then proceeded to turn around and continued her conversation with her coworker. When my order came up she just sat it on the counter and walked away. I had a drink with my order which wasn't there so I told her the drink was missing, she rolled he
