Shake it Loose
I stumbled across this food trailer when I visited Lebowski's Pup Pub next door. The food was phenomenal! I had the bone in pork belly, rice and collard greens. Everything was seasoned. There was enough meat for two meals. The staff was very friendly and answered my questions. I will eat here again.
My only criticism is they didn't have any iced tea. The owner said they plan to have more drinks in the future.
Parking: The trailer was set up at Lebowski's and that is where I parked. Obviously the parking situation will vary based on where they are set up. There is a lot of free nearby parking.

My family and ate here for dinner and was excellent! The jerk pork-belly was my favorite with the green sauce. The sweet potato cheesecake melts in your mouth!Oh yeah great customer service and very friendly!

Flouthern catered a friend's party. Their jerk pork belly was the best bbq I have ever tasted. It was flavorful and had a deep smoke ring. It melted in my mouth.The side dishes were very good. My favorite was the collard greens. They were in a sauce that was tangy and spicy. Much different than the collard greens I am used to and what is served at most soul food restaurants.They are a food truck but I haven't seen them around town. If I hadn't attended the party I wouldn't have known they existed.
