The exspresso was the best I've ever tasted. The service and the atmosphere were both to my liking.

Probably my favorite place to meet my daughter for coffee when I'm "driving by" Gainesville when she's at college as it's kind of close to the school and kind of close to I-75. I always enjoy my coffee drinks with oat milk, and the food looks fresh to order or at least toasted nicely. The only reason I know that is from peeping what others got, haha, we didn't get food. Outside seating and cute little park likes area across the parking lot is perfect for my pup to chill while we visit and sip. Fox theme is adorable.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free milk options

The products here are more expensive than any other independent coffee shop that I’ve frequented, but given the location it should be expected. Coffee is phenomenal, I’ve never had any of their food so I can’t speak to that. All the employees are super friendly and try to get to know you and what you drink. I like to hang out there on the weekends for a few hours reading and getting some work done. Sometimes I have to sit outside because of the extremely limited indoor seating, but it’s always a pleasurable experience. They just recently celebrated their 2 year anniversary and I hope they are there for many years to come.

When we visit a place we expect to find good food, a pleasant atmosphere and something super important, excellent service! If there are people who don't like to share with others, look for a job where they don't have to, but the guy who served my friends and I last night is the least friendly person I've ever met when it comes to dealing with clients. For that reason alone I will not return, I want to find good attention and a friendly smile.

Service was good but I ordered an espresso (i’ve been craving a good quality espresso) and it was the worst liquid I’ve ever put in my mouth. I may not know about espresso making or the art but this was awful and I couldn’t even finish it, mind you it’s only a few sips. Just sour and quite frankly disgusting. The other three types of coffee I ordered were ok, nothing special. Their cake pops aren’t even foxtail brand and at almost $4 are not worth it. Starbucks cake pops are better and I’m not even a Starbucks fan.

This is a big chain throughout Florida and it is definitely a better place to support than Starbucks and similar places. Workers seem very nice and drinks are good but the space is a bit small and cramped.Dietary restrictions: Milk options providedParking: Good amount of parking around the shopping center and outside the whole foods.

I ordered a cappuccino, but there was a lot of foam(?). It was too bitter so I added sugar to it. The atmosphere was nice, but the coffee tasted disappointing.

$6 for the smallest coffee I ever seen is crazy. My cup holder literally ate it. 1 extra star because it's kinda cute.

Ordered a cafe latte for pickup I took about 10 minutes to get there and the person working was sitting down in her chair on a phone and hadn’t even started making the coffee. To make it worst she said they didn’t have whole milk only almond milk and oat milk to choose from even though on the website it allowed me to make my drink with whole milk and had every milk available to choose from. Coffee here is better than most but the customer service will make this place fail.

I like the atmosphere and location but I wish it was bigger since the indoor seats are usually full. I don't recommend the matcha but the coffee is okay. The prices are a little high for a regular size ($7-8). The main con is their customer service, I've been here at least 10 times to give them the benefit of the doubt but each time the baristas don't greet, smile, or say anything even when I was the only customer. I've been to their Orlando location and it was overall a better experience!

Every time I've gotten coffee here it has been made well and quickly. I have tried a few of their fall/winter specials, most recently a peppermint mocha, and I'll say it didn't quite match up to the standard competitor's peppermint mocha sadly. That being said, it's nice to have a coffee shop in Butler plaza when you are walking around on the weekends. Hope it gets enough traffic to make it!
