I am from Dallas and I’ve been working in Gainesville for the last 3 weeks. I picked up an order today on the way to the airport after seeing a tik tok review and when I walked in I was like I like what I see!!! ✊🏾The egg rolls are a must have and that spicy sauce is 🔥fire! I haven’t had a chance to bite into the chicken sandwich but looking forward to it. So sad I didn’t check it out weeks ago as I would have been a repeat customer for sure. I wish this business continued success.

What an amazing chicken sandwich. He drizzled a little of the hot mustard sauce on it since I'm a wimp with hot stuff. So delicious! Ate at the food truck near Daft Cow brewery.

My husband and I were greeted with a smile and a welcome. Having been our first time here, we were told what each selection was. Our order was at our table so quickly. We enjoyed our selections, my husband got the big wings, and that was an understament. I got the Big
Rooster and the best crunchy fries. We totally enjoyed our meal and the music was upbeat and everyone was having a great time. Can't wait till another day off to come and try another selection.

There is no reason at all for anyone to haunt any other chicken sammich place in town. This is the real deal! Glad to see them grow and expand, and look forward to their future!

Minor update... it's been wonderful watch them grow from food truck (which they still do!) to brick and mortar, to Brunches, to select menus for various events. I hope they're here for many, many years to come!

THIRD update!
Germain's has done Friendsgiving for two years now for the community, and I was able to go this last time. It's clear that not only do the folks of Germain's care about their business, but more importantly their COMMUNITY. We should all be so aspirational to give back, and I will gladly contribute to their business going forward into the future.
