The interior at Grill Express was clean, but I waited about 30 minutes for my food to go. I ordered a beef shawarma sandwich with feta fries. The sandwich was on the smaller side, but I liked that it was crisped up, and the beef was juicy and flavorful.

The feta fries were overcooked. So crispy and hard that a fork couldn’t even puncture them. The cheese topping was okay and nicely spiced. Overall, the meal was a little overpriced for the size and cost, but the sandwich itself was tasty.

We had the joy of eating at GRILL EXPRESS today, and it was truly remarkable! The owner is so kind, and the food is so flavorful. I recommend this restaurant with all my heart! It is the best food that I’ve had in a long, long time. Don’t pass it up!

There were some weird people that were sucking their fingers in the most disgusting 🤢 manner and eating right there. All you could hear was smacking sounds. They made a mess and left sauce on the table. The food was okay.

One of the things I’m sad to leave moving out of Gainesville. Came here for lunch a lot for a gyro and the staff is so kind and the food is so tasty :).

Excellent food with fast and courteous service.
Very clean lobby and good atmosphere. Washrooms could use a quick touch up but maybe we caught them right after a busy time.
We shall definitely love to visit again.

We had Falafel Sandwiches. The Falafel were crunchy and tasty. They were made from scratch and looks like homemade. I would only suggest to replace the tortillas with pita bread.
