Have been a patron of this restaurant for over a year and have always enjoyed the experience. Today’s visit was disappointing. We came at an off time, early dinner. The restaurant was not busy by any means. The hostess wanted to seat us in the back by the restrooms. When we asked for a booth she did accommodate us but with genuine attitude. They were unwilling to make a custom roll which I’ve had every time I’ve come here. Then three younger women came in and the hostess again tried to seat them at the same table near the restrooms. She refused to give them a booth after them asking. Not good business!

Terrible service. Had a table reservation at 5:30 and showed up at 5:29 and they gave away our table. We called to confirm twice. Never once said sorry or was apologetic.

Had a reservation for 16 people at 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:29pm and waited in line to be greeted. Talked the host at 5:32pm and had been told they gave our reservation away. Terrible customer service. Had to find a new place to accommodate us. What is the point of the reservation? Would not recommend this place.

We’ve been coming here for the past few years, and it’s the best sushi restaurant in Gainesville - hands down! We’ve tried them all and always end up back at Hana. Everything thing on the menu is excellent and the service is always exceptional.

I'm so in love with Asian Cuisine, but this place is above the average. The sushi rolls are perfect and beautifully made. The drinks are also great. I've been there in a weekend at lunchtime and the service was very good. Great atmosphere and location. I definitely want to go back.
