The Lavender Lady is delicious! I will definitely be back for it. This place is a hidden gem for having large study groups. I had the whole place to myself, which was nice, but I want them to stay in business. I LOVE the decor. The only slight downside is that they no longer serve food, however, that also means you can save money and bring your own food to enjoy with their coffees/teas.

The food is unbelievably good, reasonably priced, the place itself is comfortable and relaxed, and the ladies working there are friendly as heck. This place honestly rules.

The restaurant is as cute as it can be. It's clean and inviting and there is ample seating as well. The food is authentic and quite delicious. We ordered peas and rice, pumpkin rice, cabbage, curry goat, oxtails, and plantains. The rice was dryer than I'm accustomed to, but I asked for some gravy and it was of course perfect after that. I really enjoyed my visit and I like the concept of what's being offered culturally and collectively at this establishment. I will certainly return to Harper's Corner for my Jamaican cuisine and soul food fix because they can handle it. My experience all and all was 4.5 stars.
