we had a appointment at Shands and decided to have an early dinner. we started with the grouper fingers which were excellent. For my dinner I had the fried green tomatoes and she crab soup. They were both delicious 😋 Hubby had chicken sandwich and fries which were both good but he wishes he would have gotten something else like the shrimp etouffee. We will definitely be back. Our waitress was an absolute sweetheart sorry I forgot her name. But highly recommend!!
Food was fabulous, our waitress Jasmine was awesome
My wife and I stopped in for drinks last night and again for dinner tonight while in town to see our son. Georgia took care of us at the bar where we had the best margaritas with Cajun salt on the rim! (We had to order them again tonight with dinner…) Tonight, I was thinking about the crawfish etouffee and our server, CC, encouraged the choice…COULDN’T HAVE BEEN BETTER! Big portion, perfect proportion of rice for the dish, and EXCELLENT FLAVOR! Plus, LOADED with crawfish!!! My wife had a blacked mahi sandwich (as a safe choice) and loved it too! Thick, tender, flaky piece of mahi blackened and hanging off the sandwich! And how could I forget, we started with crab cakes which were SO full of meat with an amazing sauce, and the size of burger patties! We have a new favorite Gainesville restaurant!!!

The food was good. I ordered jambalaya, which had a thick sauce. My wife had their salmon with rice and greens
The service? Yeah.... not so much. Our server didn't check on us at all. And when we flagged her down for something, she seemed rather annoyed.

Harry's never disappoints. Food was fantastic and I am a food snob. Blackened mahai and coleslaw absolutely delicious. Georia our sever was outstanding as was the other staff.

The food was very good, and they have a lot of favorite New Orleans dishes that are very comforting and hearty, however still a little off from anything you would get in Nola. While everything tasted good, little details such as flavoring and the fried green tomatoes being too deep fried set it apart, but it is definitely still worth a try, and has some good dishes.

Harry's doesn't disappoint!!! Great service and food at reasonable prices. The calamari and Chicken Joulie was awesome.
