had high hopes when i saw the length of the vegetarian menu but my tempeh salad sandwich was honestly bad. though i was impressed by the size of it it was just an imbalanced, sloppy, and unattractive sandwich. cute place though and if you eat meat you probably can't go wrong.

Ordered an Italian sub. Came on a hoagie but was cut in half piled like a sandwhich, no oil, vinegar, peppers. So it was actually just a ham and cheese sandwhich. Bread was terrible as well. Disappointing for $12 bucks.

I'm surprised this place doesn't have more reviews. I've been living in a hotel for a month and a half while remodeling is being done at my house. As a vegetarian I have pretty limited options for eating as far as doordash goes in Gainesville compared to other cities I've lived in. I get Harvest Thyme at least twice a week and it's delicious every time. I get the pesto tempeh on a sundried tomato wrap. It's loaded, it's filling, it's cheap. If I lived closer I'd probably eat here every day. It's always fresh, always yummy, and always made with care.

I can't pin point when it was the last time I came here. I believe before Covid. I took my mom and she enjoyed it. I was reminiscing about a sandwich I got and decided to order some lunch from here . I ordered a California turkey croissant but subbed for gluten free Kaiser roll. I also ordered the Greek salad. The prices and portions can't be beat. I got it for delivery from DoorDash and the ingredients and bread were so fresh. I was a little hesitant because when I order sandwiches or wraps from other places for delivery they arrive soggy but I was pleasantly surprised because everything was intact.

I'm picky with deli meat since I just can't stand some after taste of certain deli meats but I don't know how to explain it the turkey and cheese tasted "clean" . You were able to taste every topping on the sandwich separately and together it just came together perfectly. It was a hefty portion too looking like a real life healthy krabby patty.

I haven't tried the salad since I got so full from the sandwich but even my coworker when she saw it in the fridge said it looked amazing. I can't wait to have it for dinner and hoping I get the chance to come in and try other items on their menu. I might hit the beach one of these days and I sure wish I could take a couple of sammies from here so I might consider it.

I went to Harvest Thyme this morning. I ordered the carribean jerk chicken wrap and sweet potato bisque. It came out quick. I ate it almost as quick. The jerk wrap was perfectly spicy. The sweet potato bisque was incredible. Flavor city. The portions were mighty and they were friendly. A+ You guys rock.

Very nice and chill atmosphere. Friendly staff and great food. They have a relatively large menu with a diverse range of options. I had the Italian sub and it was very solid. Give it a try when you’re in the area!

Wow! How delicious and healthy this place is! Fantastic gluten free options too, I had the sweet curry chicken salad wrap and it was absolutely delectable. I also tried the gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip cookie which was actual chewy!! (A huge feat for gluten free) 100% recommend this place for a healthy delicious lunch!

I absolutely love Harvest Thyme. I have visited their previous locations as well and can confirm their food is always incredibly fresh and tastes delicious. Today I had the smoked turkey and bacon on wheat sandwich. The pasta salad and potato salad are also amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. The only downside is the limited hours!

Parking: Shares a large lot with multiple stores, plenty of parking.

Delightful spot for lunch! I tried the tuna/apple/ cheddar croissant. It was so tasty! My spouse had the Cordon Bleu wrap. He loved it. Cookies for dessert were beyond our expectations. Cute decor, kind servers. What's not to love?

Usually I have had good results from this place. However, my last order was an interesting venture nothing short of a glitch in the matrix. I ordered a Caesar wrap (spinach tortilla). What I received was basically a caesar salad on top of a plain tortilla, unwrapped. I would be more upset if it wasn't so dang hilarious. I mean, I guess all the elements are there at the very least. Can't blame Door Dash on this one, they didn't prep it! What are your employees smoking and can I get some of that?

This is so much better than Panera, fresh & flavorful. Great variety, friend staff, clean dining area. The only bad thing is they’re not open on the weekend!!
