Been in here a couple times and each time unless you have your own people nobody really talks to you. The service behind the counter is great but the bathrooms are not up to par. The cigar selection is very minimal compared to any other lounge I've been to. All in all it doesn't keep me from going again but maybe they'll be some changes in the future.

Relaxed place with great service, but why won’t they open earlier or on Sundays. Sunday afternoon during the NFL is usually a busy time at other cigar places in Tampa and South Florida.

Great cigar lounge. Very comfortable space. Not a big selection of cigars but had the top heritage brands.

I would have wanted to give this place 5 stars because it’s has a cool vibe to it but it’s so disrespectful and morally wrong when they charge you a price one week then more another week.

I went there on August 21st and got two Arturo Fuentes totaling to $17.86 then exactly 10 days later they charged me over $21 for the same exact two cigars. It was same brand and exactly the same size. When I asked the guy and showed him my transaction from the other week, he said “yeah inflation”.

Be aware of their practices to up charge you when they want and not even have a justifiable excuse. Those same cigars I got are and have been the same price everywhere else. They don’t even display their prices on their extremely small selection, that you can even access, probably so they can constantly change it. Terrible experience and won’t be going back anymore. Recommend others to be observant on how much they pay and potentially look for somewhere else to buy their cigars from.

I stopped in wanting to get back into cigars after a decades long absence. Desiree greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. After she asked me a few questions to figure out my preferences I told her I'd trust her judgement to pick out an assortment for me to try. I'm glad I did. She did a fantastic job and I'll definitely be back as my travel allows. Thank you .

Extremely nice service! Bartenders were very knowledgeable about their cigar selection. Also, I dropped my drink, and without question, they offered a replacement, which was super thoughtful of them! The rocking chairs were a total vibe ?
