Great place!! I love the BLT everything bagel sandwich. It’s always super quick to get food (I go at 0730) and it’s at the Food Park so you can sit on all these benches and be outside. Would recommend! 🥯

This is the second review I’ve ever written and I feel so strongly that this establishment has serious technical and operation issues. We ordered online at 10:30am and received an automated pickup time of 12:50, despite this being two times longer than the in person wait time. When we showed up to the restaurant 30 minutes before to check on the status of our orders, they told us that they don’t even receive the order until 20 minutes before the pickup time and that they could print the receipts now but it would still take the same amount of time as if we ordered in person (an hour), meaning there was absolutely no point to ordering ahead of time because they were running behind regardless. The cashier was extremely rude and unhelpful by just claiming she didn’t control the online ordering and not offering any solution. When my delivery time came around my bagel was still not ready so I went to ask about it again and was told they were out of the bagel I wanted, which makes sense because I ordered over two hours ago. The employee claimed she tried to call me but my phone did not ring and nobody came outside to check because I had been outside for 45 minutes at that point. After I gave her a different bagel, they just then started working on my bagel at the time I was supposed to pick it up. I cannot stress enough to not order online and that I wish I had gotten a refund instead of my food.

I arrived at 2:52, just before their 3:00 pm closing time, but was told they would not assist me. I understand businesses have closing hours, but I believe customers should still be attended to until the posted closing time.

Great bagels and spreads, nice seating nearby. Only negative is the wait times can be long on the weekends.

Super kickass bagels, the salted rosemary was our favorite, but the everything is also great. Would come again, staff was super cool and the bages were nuts

The food is just not solid. It’s decent but I wouldn’t say enjoyable. The service was great, fast & friendly. The eggs & cheese were good but the bagels are subpar, the tempeh was kind of tolerable, and the hashbrowns are just so gross.

Good food, but over priced and a bit slow. If you have the time and don't mind the prices it is a tasty option. $10 for a small BLT bagel is a bit much given other options available in the vicinity. Glad I went, not sure that I will return.

By far the worst bagel and breakfast sandwich in Gainesville! The bagel is not even a bagel, it’s just white bread in the shape of a bagel. Tasted like compressed Wonderbread with seeds on top. The sausage they use has this weird BBQ flavor like ribs would. The eggs are cooked hard to the point they tasted like they were microwaved. Ketchup was dripping out of the tin foil before I could even open the thing. AND IT WAS $14! Absolutely gross.
