Great little bagel shop in the heart of Gainesville. My wife and I both ordered the egg/cheese on everything bagels. The flavors were right on, the ingredients were fresh and the service was prompt and courteous.
Great assortment of bagel sandwiches. Really loved the traditional lox, bagel and cream cheese with killer flavored cream cheeses and a different flavor profile of the salmon using beet juice. Very cool. Nice folks made the experience very enjoyable.
Loved the vibes. Loved the food. Had a vegan everything bagel just egg sandwich with vegan cheese and tempeh from Humble. Coffee from the Opus coffee trailer (horchata coffee) nearby. Satisfaction at 7am! (Hubby had the cream cheese n carrot lox, enjoyed, but would have preferred raw onions to the pickled, said was a little too much tart for him)
